It is ok to stay
Pros:

The place is nice, very clean and good breakfast. The check in took long than we expected. The location is far SFO downtown. We booked with breakfast and they unknown about it :(

Cons:

They charged more than $90 over the price we booked, it is boring to carry out the claim process.

Staffs were very kind and helpful
Pros:

Needed to print important documents for my meeting, and Anish at the front desk helped me when I couldn’t find a way to connect to printer. He went above and beyond to help me! Thank you very much

Solid Airport Hotel
Pros:

A solid choice for those flying out of SFO. Large and attractive rooms and bathrooms with nice water views. Good toiletries. Close to the airport, just a Bolt ride away.

Great property at an excellent price!
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds, no carpet, no bad odors, short drive into the city, beautiful views and area, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Heater didn't work properly, still found trash from previous guest. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Clean, quiet, great location
Pros:

Our usual spot when we come to SF. It’s convenient located near the freeway and the rooms are always clean and quiet. The last few times, the front desk person helping us was Nish. He provided excellent customer service! He was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. Definitely recommend this spot if you are in the Bay Area.

Smooth and Easy Group Stay Experience
Pros:

We recently booked a room block at the AC Hotel for an event and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, which made coordinating for our group easy.

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was convenient for our guests. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we would definitely recommend the AC Hotel for group stays or events.

A-MA-ZING!!!!!!
Pros:

We used AC Hotel for a business stay. We had meetings in a couple of their meeting rooms too. From booking, to coordinating meeting requirements, to check out we had the most amazing stay imaginable. Everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated. Ashley and Julia were phenomenal with organizing and booking our stay. Everyone was pleased above and beyond expectations! I'm so glad we stayed there.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was a very pleasant and relaxing time of stay, the front desk person sets the precedence of the whole stay. She listens and understands us as a guest. With that, she was able to offer (Bonvoy), gave directions around the city and helped us. We now share our nice experience with AC hotel SF with our family , friends and co-workers. I think the front desk name is Ren**.
