The rooms were good and the staff at the hotel was very courteous and did a great job. Roshni at front desk along with her colleague a very nice Asian gentleman did a great job during our check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and the restaurant and check in staff were awful

I came here on business and my client chose this hotel for me.
Nice rooms, cheerful upscale decorations and motifs throughout the building, spectacularly delicious dining choices (I had the grilled salmon served on a bed of braised mushrooms and steamed spinach).
The breakfast buffet was a hit as well.
The most important thing I'd like to point out in this review is how kind and gracious the staff was, especially Roshni and Nicole at the front desk when I checked in.
I arrived a bit early but my room was all ready, and these young ladies could not have been nicer!
We were all laughing and having such a great time and I must say that it was one of the best check-ins I've ever experienced!!!
I would not hesitate for a moment to stay at this property again, and to highly recommend it to friends, family, and associates!

I was in dire need of a small sewing kit and Shelley at the front desk literally went above and beyond and found one for me! Thank you Shelley!

Roshni was welcoming and efficient at check in which was exactly what was needed after a long travel day

Today I had a very bad day because my flight had landed late and when I entered into the AC Mariott AC Roshni welcomed me in with a beautiful smile!! She was the
person who checked me in and assisted me with all my needs!! I realize when your having a bad day Roshni is a great person to talk to l had a minute convo with her and she was very easy going and even though she was new she was very patient with me throughout her process!!
People should have great front desk agents just like her!!

Our experience was more than lovely and made exemplary by Shelley at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay here the best possible. I will 100% recommend this hotel for all in my circle when visiting San Francisco.

Staff was so fast to help with any questions or concerns. Locked my self out of my room and Shelly was so quick to help. Got my new room key within 3 minutes of asking. Oh I also cant forget the restaurant/ bar lounge great vibes with a nice view also amazing burger highly recommend. Now I have a new go to hotel while visiting.
