L'accueil de Anna qui est française et qui nous a détaillé avec précision les différentes visites de la ville de Matera.
Ainsi que ses conseils sur les restaurants et les bars et gelateria...
Merci à M. PONTE pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité pour gérer les quelques petits soucis dans les chambres.
Petits déjeuner très agréable, personnel efficace et adorable.

Un séjour de charme dans un hôtel ravissant et confortable
Pros:

Un magnifique séjour dans un hôtel ravissant. La prise en charge de notre voiture dans un parking en dehors des Sassis et la navette pour l'hôtel, l'accueil chaleureux, une très belle chambre dans une petite maison à part avec un jardinet, le confort des installations, l'emplacement, tout était absolument parfait !

A centrally located, quirky and charming hotel
Pros:

All the staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was generously proportioned and although we were in the middle of town it was quiet. The breakfast was quirky (to us) with a selection of cakes and a plate of bruschetta. All very tasty though.

Nothing not to like.

Wunderbare Lage, liebevolles Team, super Frühstück und schöne Zimmer! Ich würde es jedem empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr schöne und zentrale Unterkunft! Liebevoll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Vom Pianist beim Frühstück über den Früchteteller zum namentlich angeschrieben Zimmer beim Eingang war alles wunderbar!

Cons:

Trotz zwei A/Cs bleibt es im oberen Stock (wo man schläft) doch eher warm.

A lovely hotel in a wonderful spot. Highly recommended
Pros:

What a good location. The Hotel excelled on every level. A special mention to the receptionists Karen and Annaluce who were very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this wonderful place.

A lifetime experience for a newly wedded couple
Pros:

O hotel é impecável e uma experiência ampla. Quartos amplos, bem decorados (de acordo com os parâmetros do hotel), com excelente localização e um staff de primeira qualidade. A Anne é uma fofa, atenciosa, muito educada, simpática e fornece excelentes dicas.

Foram muito atenciosos ao verificar que era a nossa lua de mel e nos brindar com uma garrafa de espumante, uma mesa de frutas e um cartão lindo para a nossa chegada.

Além disso tudo, água liberada no quarto, no verão italiano sempre será um plus.

A verdade é que deveríamos ter ficado mais tempo.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi um pouco confuso. Não havia menu e também não era um buffet. Isso nos deixou confusos. Pedimos ovos porque as mesas do lado também o fizeram. A verdade é que ficamos sem saber o que poderíamos pedir.

Mas sinceramente, isso é muito pequeno, frete a qualidade desse maravilhoso hotel. É mais um feedback com intuito de ser propositivo mesmo.

Pros:

Lovely mix of old meeting new in terms of architecture. Great location and very helpful staff.. breakfast was excellent as was the live piano playing in the background as we ate. Loved this hotel and thanks to Anne for being a wonderful host!
