The staff was really cooperative

The room were comfortables, staff was decent.
The staff was very cooperative and room was clean and comfortable.
The staff was courteous and responsive to queries, service requests and complaints.
The room and most of the facilities were not up to the mark. Lighting, Power and bathroom or sanitary fixtures were broken or out of service. Tiles in the bathroom were broken and appeared dirty. Bed linen appeared really dull as if it had not been washed. Some of the amenities as described in the booking were not present including:
- Tea/Coffee maker or kettle
- Socket near the bed (one assumes it will be near the side table but was near the foot of the bed)
- Hair dryer
- Minibar
- Locker
- Clock
Drinking water was not complimentary and I was charged for the one bottle I consumed - first time I have ever experienced this in a hotel that you are provided drinking water at a separate charge. The breakfast was not good. There was a mini fridge in the room but it appeared to be out of order. I was charged at the start of the booking instead of the end which is the usual custom. The restaurant or room service menu had a decent set of options but everything was super expensive.
Overall, I don't think the hotel was very good value for money.
