Cons:

very unclean, fluff and things under sofa, pair of socks under the bed, skirtring board needed painting at the very least, water went everywhere in shower, potential for slipping on floor.

Pros:

This was my second visit to Apartments 118, so friendly and easy to deal with.

Cons:

There were a lot of ants in the ensuite bathroom ☹️

It was ok eventho its far from what I expected..

The location was ok..ladies that handed us the room key were nice....the room 16 we stayed in was ok..but I had a pair of black jandals missing which I double checked when we arrived it was among my other stuffs. I also had a few makeup missing such as sharpener lipcolors n lipshine ..there were 2 small bars of soaps in the bathroom on the first day when we first arrived but were gone before the end of our second day..
We have previously stayed in hotels motels n lodges before and I reassure yu staying in this Apartment room for the first time has change my perspective on rental apartments altogether...It's not what I expected and I was very dissappoinment.. however thank you for letting us stay in your apartment regardless..

The bathroom door had water damage the shower silicone had mould growing in it the door was drafty the windows weren't sealed properly the fridge smelt like fish and the surroundings were very loud paper thin walls and flooring
