Geweldig verblijf
Pros:

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, na 5 minuten op de kamer belden ze al of alles naar wens was, ontbijt alles in orde en vriendelijk personeel, we komen zeker terug.

Pros:

It was very central. Nice rooms. The service and staff ver nice.

Cons:

The breakfast can be better. I stayed once at NH Utrecht. And the breakfast was better.

A nice hotel ruined by bad customer service and hidden costs/clauses
Pros:

Very clean, central location

Cons:

Very bad customer service, rude staff. No-onsite parking despite being advertised as onsite. No late checkout despite advertised as having late checkout. VERY disappointed and not happy with the value for money or customer service.

אחלה מלון במיקום מצויין קרוב לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית וקרוב מאוד למרכז העניינים בעיר (3-4 דקות לכל מקום). שרותיים מאוד ונחמדים. חדרים גדולים ונקיים. נערכו לקבלת משפחה עם ילד. טיפול מקצועי. WIFI חזק ויציב. מיטות נוחות מאוד. מגבות, חלוקים ונעלי בית.

Cons:

שנגמרה החופשה מהר מידי. ארוחת הבוקר הועברה מהקומה הגבוהה לקומה שנייה עקב שיפוצים שצריכים להסתיים בקרוב אז מאמין שהאורחים הבאים יהיו יותר.

Gem in the city
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, go stay at the Fletcher Wellness and you will see a 4 out of 10 where Nh is 9/10. Gym needs updating but still well kept
