Breakfast and quality of the room, fixtures and finishes was excellent
Returned at 5pm and staff was still in the room cleaning/ changing sheets, maybe understaffed that day...
Also one bottle of water in fridge on day one. No replacement water when room was cleaned.
A hotel of this status I would expect two bottles of water every day and not have to go down to the lobby or pick up the phone to get one. Small detail but unacceptable. Also, the staff wanted to charge extra to stay two hours in the room because of a delay. Not a huge deal , but I could tell my colleague was annoyed. I think he expected a better response from the front desk

Great location and breakfast
I was refused access to breakfast that at 645AM. Not available before 7AM. Unheard of in a business hotel during the week. I asked nicely to get some yogurt or bread or whatever was ready. Firm answer NO. 23 EUR paid for a hungry morning meeting.

Bardzo ładny pokój, wygodne łóżko. Sky bar z widokiem na miasto. Super śniadania, też z widokiem.
Taras sky baru był brudny, niedomyte szyby. Niestety obsługa w hotelowym barze była dość chłodna i zdystansowana. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że klienci nie byli traktowani z odpowiednią uwagą.
