Great for a few days stay
Pros:

Fantastic location and great parking facilities. The room was very nice, though dated and had absolutely enough room. The balcony was a big bonus

Cons:

The breakfast could be better - cold scrambled eggs and diluted juice.
No kettle in room

Buon albergo vicino alle principali attrazioni di S G Rotondo
Pros:

Albergo grande e ben organizzato posizionato vicino alla Basilica di Padre Pio e anche all ospedale.
Struttura ben tenuta e organizzata , molti i servizi a disposizione, non ultimo il garage compreso nel costo.
Colazione a buffet molto assortita e buona.

Very friendly staff and great location
Pros:

The staff was great as well as the facility and location to the Saint Padre Pio Shrine. The included breakfast had plenty of good options.

Cons:

Our room was cramped because of the setup of the beds. It was one queen and two full size beds. It was supposed to be two queen beds. Other than that, all was really good.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, alles vorhanden was man für einen guten Start in den Tag brauchte. Da wir ein Zimmer in der Dependance hatten, musste man ca. 150m zum frühstücken ins Haupthaus laufen. Kostenloses Parken im Hof war top.

Cons:

Eine Zudecke wäre schön gewesen, da es abends im Zimmer schon etwas frisch war und das dünne Bettlaken für mich nicht ausgereicht hatte.

Pros:

Location, cleanness, the staff at the reception incredible friendly, attentive, helpful, professional.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was good but I think it needed a little more variety and even know the waitresses needed to be a bit more training in customer service, I must express that the food was good and well presented, tasty and well prepared.

non rispondente alle aspettative di un 4 stelle
Pros:

la posizione è ottima essendo davvero vicina alle chiese principali ed all'ospedale.

Cons:

Ci sono state assegnate 2 stanze in una struttura nelle vicinanze, evidentemente perchè la struttura principale era al completo, quindi registrazione (con auto in sosta lungo la strada) e colazione le abbiamo dovute fare nell'altra struttura. Stanze evidentemente poco utilizzate vista la pulizia abbastanza approssimativa (appoggiata una valigia per terra, abbiamo dovuto ripulirla dalla polvere prima di poggiarla sulla consolle). La colazione tutt'altro che continentale o abbondante, arrivati alle 9:00 abbiamo trovato tavoli non rassettati e il buffet svuotato. Abbiamo fatto colazione con fette biscottate e pezzi di torta avanzati. Assolutamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, seppur la zona lo sapevamo è frequentata da pellegrini con non molte esigenze.
