Ein tolles Haus - jederzeit gerne wieder!!!
Pros:

Parkhaus mit Aufzug in die Etagen zum Apartment, auch bei Sturm und Regen war ein ein- und ausladen des Pkw möglich. Netter unkomplizierter Check in. Alles sehr sauber. Super Frühstück. Gute Matratzen.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage wäre ei höheren Temperaturen sicher angebracht.
In der Küche haben wir eine Pfanne vermisst.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Seebrücke und zum Strand ist super, außerdem Restaurants ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Unser Appartment war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Balkon zum Garten war sehr schön. Frühstück haben wir selber gemacht.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hat über die Jahre leider etwas nachgelassen, die Schlafzimmer, Vorhänge, Couch hatten muffig gerochen leider.
Vielleicht war es auch nur ein Einzelfall, da wir nur zwei Nächte blieben hatten wir es an der Rezeption erst beim auschecken angemerkt.
Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und meinte wir hätten es gleich bei Ankunft melden sollen dann wäre nachgebessert worden.
Ansonsten war wie immer alles super.

Sehr freundliches Personal.i

Cons:

Appartementlage oberhalb der Terrasse des Lokals. Dadurch ständige Geruchs- und Lärmbelästigung. Balkongröße ein Witz. Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle. Appartement selbst aber gut. Die Lage im Haus, direkt neben dem Lokal, jedoch unbefriedigend. Die Erwartungserfüllung liegt daher knapp bei ja.

Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich toll, weder die Auswahl der Speisen noch die Bedienung (war nicht freundlich und umsichtig)
Da ist noch viel Verbesserung möglich !

Die tolle Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Für unser Problem gab es eine gute Lösung. Die Betten waren gut. Das Apartment war schön.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders für ein solches Hotel.
