Not much. The location was ok.
The room was small, characterless and corporate - more like a B&B than a hotel. Miserable.

Excellent value hotel, well situated opposite the river for a nice stroll to the city centre or to go on a punt trip. If you book direct with the hotel, I believe you'll not be charged £18 for 24 hour parking.
The continental breakfast was very good but a full English breakfast was extra.

The location is really good as it's a short walk away through the park to the city centre.
Some Staff manners, bar only open at certain times due to short of staff, poor continental breakfast. If you don't book on the hotel website, you will have to pay £18 a day for the car park, after booking the room I have received a few emails and phone calls asking me if I would like to book a table at their restaurant. I don't like to be pressured to book something that I don't want to....

Locatie ligt prima, binnen een paar minuutjes lopen sta je in het centrum van Cambridge, het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk.
Ook het ontbijt werd goed verzorgd
Het enige wat me wat minder beviel was dat er nogal wat spinnenwebben op mijn kamer zaten echter, voor de rest was het netjes.

No deal breakers but some rooms have fire exits run through the room out via the windows

Having told name on checkin….”your breakfast is included” then 3 different members of staff tried to charge me an extra £12.50, after challenging this…..they said it’s ok you can have it….utter nonsense and very badly managed throughout.
£18 extra charge for parking….because i booked on booking.Com, that’s disgraceful. Does you no credit at all.
No heating in room until I asked for it at 5pm, went off at midnight never to return, room was cold in the morning
