Pros:

Very spacious room and great breakfast

Cons:

Booking.com stated that reception was open until 10pm. I called ahead and confirmed this as I was running late. Arrived at 9.15 and had to walk to another hotel to retrieve my key.

Excellent location, staff great, comfortable bed and good hearty breakfast
Pros:

Location was excellent, clean and tidy, everything you would like
parking available room size adequate for what we needed

Cons:

Quite tired looking, but comfortable,
Only issue in our room was tv on side wall so couldn’t watch when in bed, not that we did,

Goede uitvalsbasis naar de stad. Leuke wandeling door Jesus Green park.

Cons:

Is echt nodig aan onderhoud toe. Gordijntje op de badkamer waar de schimmel in zat, de kozijnen waren hoog toe aan een likje verf. En ook de badkamer was sterk verouderd. Het werkt allemaal wel, maar het algehele gevoel van luxe is daardoor wel minder. Ook aan de buitenkant ziet het er niet erg gezellig uit.

Basic hotel, rooms in need of updating. Conveniently located for the city.

Convenient location for visiting the city. Plenty of space in the car park

Cons:

Our room was cold, heating did not appear to be on. I left a message with the Arundel house hotel as advised in the hotel information as no reception staff on duty in Ashley hotel in the morning. This message was not passed on. When we returned to the hotel, the bed had not been made and the room was still cold. The receptionist had not been informed of the problem but said he would contact the engineer. We had a brief period when the heating appeared to be coming on but it was short lived and the room remained cold. Bathroom was tired, basic shower. Breakfast was disappointing, very dry scrambled eggs.

Optimale Lage, freundlicher Service, guter Komfort.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für Autogäste, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel, welcher auch am Abreisetag noch ganztägig benutzt werden darf. Zimmer ist schallisoliert, super sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Nichts.

Very nice place
Pros:

Location was good short walk to Jesus Park and the city centre

Cons:

Not a great selection for breakfast , plus the hotel needs two staff on in the morning serving breakfast especially when full as when one member of staff working it's a long wait for food

Pros:

L'emplacement et le personnel du petit déjeuner.
Le parking.

Cons:

La douche qui inonde la salle de bain.
Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas.
Couloirs et escaliers étriqués où il faut balader nos bagages.
Beaucoup moins net et frais que sur les photos.
Fenêtres sales.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient
Pros:

Lovely spacious, quiet and comfortable room at the front of the hotel. Very convenient parking. Good breakfast.

Cons:

I actually rather liked some of the very old-fashioned things in the room (a radio in the bedside cabinet, for example. Genuine retro! Very happy overall.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly located, so we could leave the car and go off for the day,even on our leaving day. Our room was clean and cosy,great after a day of walking everywhere. There is even a shop opposite for us to buy snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

Well worth it
Pros:

Great carpark, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quite quiet and handy location depending on your itinerary. Room has tea, coffee, wardrobe, tv, shower etc.

Cons:

It's a little shabby but clean. Wifi wasn't great.
