Would recommend this place for large groups

14 girls Stayed here 16th may for 3 night for a hen do, our group age ranging from 23-35. We all stayed in multiple balcony apartments
The hotel was perfect for us.
May time wasn’t rowdy or loud but had a good buzz about it. Mixture of groups in the hotel

Pool
Music playing round the pool
Pool Bar open even though the website said it doesn’t open till June!
Other than water, they don’t allow outside drinks at the pool.
Whole area was clean and they were continues improvements been made to maintain the look.
Always able to get a sunbed.

Rooms
They had what we needed.
Basic essentials, hair dryer, kettle, towels, shampoo conditioner.
No air-con in bedroom but did have a ceiling fan. Air-con in living room.
Safe available
USB charging ports next to each bed
They were clean but basic, some areas had signs of damp.

Reception/service
The lady on the front desk checking us in was so helpful especially with 14 people. There was a security deposit of around £200 per room but that came back on to my card pretty quickly after we left. There’s also the standard tourist tax of like €2 a night per person
Free WiFi
Hotel is secured behind a gate which your room thob will get you access. Nice tough knowing no one can roam round the grounds

Only thing to be mindful of if you are in a room near to reception they will come round and ask you to keep the noise down on an evening if your playing music or talking/ laughing too loud on the balcony. Wasn’t a major issue for us.

Location -
Great location 10 min walk from Newtown strip.
5 min walk from shops
Loads of food places within a 5-10 min walk.
Beach was about 15 mins walk
Taxis were around €5 to old town

Only slight drawback of location which isn’t the hotels fault. You have to walk past smelly fishy bins to get to the hotel. You know you’ve found the hotel when you smell the bins

All in all good place for the price. I’ve stayed in a lot worse. The reviews are worse then the place

Bad, dirty, the photos on the site are not the same thing at all. And the case is to say Google vs. Reality.
No security, other people who had the wrong room entered at night. So the key you give is the same for everyone?
Not professional at all.

Ill be back and I hope the cot bed and the high chair for my babies can be provided.
Pros:

Filipa the receptionist was great, super welcoming and helpful, the apartment was also top, two balconies, tv with all the channels one can have, and the kitchen was fully fitted with everything a family can need. The pool and the pool staff were also great, André was very thoughtful and helpful(he served our coffees on the table as we have two babies and couldn’t get in the pool) and made the pool morning very enjoyable and entertaining with his small chat.

Cons:

I requested a cot bed and a high chair but it wasn’t provided and the wifi connection was very poor around the house :/
