Idéalement situé et confortable.
Pros:

Nous connaissons cet hôtel, c'est toujours notre premier choix quand nous venons à Strasbourg pour une nuit. Sa situation géographique est exceptionnelle, à deux pas de la cathédrale, idéale quand on séjourne en famille et qu'on ne veut pas traverser la ville à pied la nuit pour rentrer à l'hôtel. C'est aussi rapide et facile d'arriver et de repartir à la gare à pied. À noter : malgré cette situation centrale, l'hôtel est calme et on y passe une bonne nuit. À cela s'ajoutent la grande gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la literie, et - en cette période de canicule - la climatisation dans la chambre, qui est un vrai plus ! Bref, c'est encore aux Tonneliers que nous dormirons quand nous reviendrons à Strasbourg.

Gute Lage, enttäuschende Unterkunft

Die Lage, direkt in der Nähe des Münsters, war gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers waren nicht in Ordnung. Unter anderem war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, das Fenster nicht schallisoliert. Der Lärm von der Straße war extrem laut. Schlafen war erst in den frühen Morgenstunden möglich.

Perfecte lokatie.... parkeergarage vlakbij. Goede kamer met fijn bed.

Douche was minder moest vasthouden omdat het ding waar je de douche kop in hangt stuk was.

La sympathie du personnel d accueil.

Cons:

Le manque d ascenseur lorsque la chambre est au 4e étage.
Le parking a côté, pratique mais en plus de la hauteur 1,90m, il faudrait sur l annonce indiquer la largeur des emplacements. Grosses voitures s'abstenir.

Pros:

Rien de trop et rien qui ne manquait (2 étoiles je rappelle). Climatisation et calme. Personnel à l’écoute. Emplacement idéal. Parking paraît. Restaurant au rdc : une expérience alsacienne !

Ma chambre, la 101 était placé dans la montée d’escalier, cependant une fois que les hôtes avaient rejoint leurs chambre, tout était ok.

Pros:

The air conditioner rescued us during the unusual heat wave. The location was perfect!

Cons:

The wifi was not stable at all, almost didn't work.
it was difficult to take a shower because there was no curtain or a wall on the bathtub so it necessarily made the floor completely wet.
