Its near the train station. Good for when you have early flights. Also They can keep / hold your luggages if your flight is later in the evening and you have time to go round the place. Clean and spacious room.
Went in summer. Their aircon did not cool up much. No lift so you need to cary luggages up to your room without any assistance from the staff. The drainage in their shower was so slow to drain.
Welcoming staff at the reception, nice cozy room with full ensuite bathroom, toiletries, location is also great for people who need to be close to the train station. There's no 24/7 reception but there's a way to enter the hotel as a guest even if you decided to enjoy a night walk around Pisa.
Just a recommendation, it's not something we didn't like so not writing it there - pillows are high, so if possible to have a choice between this or a lower pillow it will make the experience even better.

Great location. Room was comfortable and very clean and staff were welcoming and helpful. Very pleasant little courtyard at the side for drinks or breakfast. Shutters and air conditioning meant we were cool inside and got a good nights sleep. Great location for the station but also for anywhere else we wanted to go, Tower etc in easy, flat walking distance.
The only thing we missed was a kettle (there was a coffee machine) however plenty of places nearby where we could get tea!
Very close to the station, good communication from Hotel re check in as my flight was delayed and reception was closed. Bedroom was comfortable and perfect for a quick stay after night flight.
In the morning there were crossiants and coffees downstairs, I asked if this was provided for guests and was told yes. We then had to pay for the breakfast (which was fine) but was not told at time.

I gave Hotel Maria the highest ratings because the staff were so excellent the facilities were excellent & clean & the location next to the central station is perfect for both a night out in Pisa & easy access to the airport shuttle
