Perfect location and a great hotel for a night or 2
Pros:

Very convenient for the station. The decor of the shared spaces was very grand and traditional.
We stayed twice at this hotel. The first room on the 2nd floor was spacious and had the a very large modern bathroom with a selection of shower heads modes.
The second room we stayed in was on the ground floor as we requested as we had large suitcases and didn’t want to tact the 2 flights of stairs. This room was a lot smaller, but as clean and comfortable as the other room. The bathroom was a tight squeeze, but adequate for a 1 night stay over before travelling on.
The staff were lovely and especially helpful when we needed help with a taxi and recommendations for dining.

Bra hotell nära stationen
Pros:

Perfekt läge nära stationen. Fräscht rum.
Trevlig personal som hjälpte oss att bära upp våra tunga resväskor.

Cons:

De renoverade frukostrummet, vilket innebar att vi inte kunde äta frukost på hotellet.
Saknade hiss.

One night stay in single room
Pros:

Staff very friendly and accommodating, facilities functional and clean, easy to navigate around.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable, but booked a small single room just for a night before flying home so it was ok.

Great hotel, great location - would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Hotel Maria was in an excellent location - 2 min walk from the main railway station and a 15 min walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Check-in was very smooth and we were allowed to check in early which was fantastic. Room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly an accommodating. Great value for money. I would highly recommend Hotel Maria to anyone visiting Pisa for a few days.

Cons:

Quite a bit of noise in the neighbourhood early in the morning.

Although nothing was terrible or very bad, I would not recommend this hotel to others. No charm.
Cons:

seems like a typical no-frills cheap hotel right next to the railroad station, but the price was no bargain. The staff was not especially friendly or helpful.
It is the least pleasant of the 7 hotels where I've stayed in Italy during the last 12 days.
