I had a great stay at arc hotel tirana.
The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy

Pros:

Suite à notre demande de pouvoir arriver une heure plutôt qui a été acceptée.
Il y a toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil.

Cons:

Hôtel correct, juste un peu bruyant de notre côté et en pleine nuit des clients bruyants à l' heure d arrivée.
Petit déjeuner correct, manque de tasses pour le café.

Poca manutenzione ....infissi mal funzionanti....ed altre cose che vanno migliorate.....la posizione risulta abbastanza lontana dal centro.....più di 30 minuti a piedi......

Cons:

Room was not what was reserved. We checked in late and we felt like we were given what was left. Tell me more even though we were set there is no availability for vehicle parking which was subject to reservation, there was only two vehicles in the parking lot where you can fit 10 vehicles. When I try to pay with the local currency with my credit card more money was withdrawn then what was advertised on booking. They are calculation is 100 lek equals to €1. Also the bed in the bedroom was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. the breakfast was advertised as Continental but we have to pick from the menu as a set

L hotel si presenta bene personale gentile e disponibile letti comodi colazione buona....

Cons:

Ci sono diverse cose da fare manutenzione .....nelle stanze ....soprattutto nei bagni che sono molto piccoli.....però bisogna dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo e' ottimo....lontano dal centro citta a piedi ci vogliono più di 35 minuti.....

Pros:

Viskas buvo.švaru, tvarkinga, apie 3 km nuo miesto centro pėsčiomis. Šviežūs pusryčiai

Cons:

Paskutinę dieną buvo atšauktas antro automobilio parkavimas, teko statytis kitoje aikštelėje, kur buvo prašoma susimokėti papildomai.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera in albergo che poi mi è stato assegnato un appartamento fuori dalla struttura, in un palazzo, i lenzuola con dei buchetti, abbastanza pulito, per il soggiorno di 3 notti dovevo pagare 130€ + 6 € di tasse, ho pagato 147 alla fine , avevo il check out tardivo compreso nella prenotazione , però alle 11 mi hanno chiesto di uscire , sono uscita dopo un’ora visto che dovevo prepararmi le cose , mi hanno detto che dovrei pagare quel ora in più che alla fine non lo pagata .
La colazione era dalle 7:30 alle 9 , però scendendo alle 8:30 non c’era niente ( proprio pulito tutto , manco la macchina del caffè non c’era più in uso )
Abbastanza deludente, nonostante tutto il staff molto carino e cordiale
