Pros:

Les espaces détente, la chambre. La tranquillité , le cadre

Cons:

Parfois j'ai eul'impression que le personnel (très sympathique au demeururant) récitait une leçon imposée, ce qui crée une distance entre le personnel et les clients qui m'asemblzit parfois pesante

Unacceptable hygiene issues.
Cons:

When we arrived in our room, there were blood stains on the wall of the bathroom and on the door.
There were also long-dead big bugs in every corner of the ceiling.
The baby cot that we were offered was stained and there was no proper mattress or bedsheet for it.
We complained and left the hotel. We asked for a reimbursement but the hotel has been ignoring all our attempts to contact them!
We consider this unacceptable and expect a reimbursement for our entire stay urgently.

Agréable mais perfectible
Pros:

Le spa et les piscines sont bien. Le lit est confortable et le personnel a trouvé une solution à notre problème de douche qui ne s’évacuait pas en nous surclassant

Cons:

Problème d’évacuation de douche, salle de bain moyenne (assez peu moderne). Dommage que le restaurant n’ai plus de place pour deux personnes le soir

Niet echt een vakantiehotel.
Pros:

Mooie accommodatie, ruime kamer.

Cons:

Algemene slechte service! Onze 6daagse vakantie viel erg tegen.
1) Zwembad was gesloten (renovatie)zonder voorafgaande verwittiging!
2) Half pension = 4 dagen dezelfde 3 keuze-gangen menu + 2 dagen restaurant gesloten ( 1 dag ivm privé feest + 1 dag, als compensatie een tapasplank gekregen ( met alle resten van het ontbijt..zelfs het oud brood)
3)Hotelpersoneel onvriendelijk ( uitgezonderd kamermeisjes) en hautain.
4) Mooie Wellness, maar wel heel duur ..30€ per persoon, extra te betalen. Enige compensatie tegenover het gesloten zwembad was billijk geweest.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Le personnel était très agréable le petit-déj’ était varié et copieux et très bon et le spa est super

Cons:

Rien à dire de spécial tout l’ensemble reste très correct
