Pros:

Clean, tidy and good location, five minutes walk from city centre and all amenities. Very pleasant staff and a good choice of breakfast. Mini bar was a bonus along with a huge super comfy bed with fantastic en suite shower.

Cons:

Being very picky, no tea or coffee in the room, laminate floor a little bit tired and a crack in the wardrobe mirror. The hotel entrance is situated on a busy side street and the view from the room is of the inner city but it wasn't chosen for the view rather it's accessibility to main attractions.

I strongly recommend it, and if I come back to Tirana, for sure it will be again here my staying.
Pros:

Excellent service, very kind staff and extremely supporting, very friendly staff!!

Cons:

the light in the bathroom was a little bit too low, but it was manageable.

Relax eccellente in un Hotel Fantastico
Pros:

Ho alloggiato con la mia compagna ed era la prima volta in questo Hotel a Tirana e devo dire che è un ottimo hotel in tutti gli aspetti, all'accoglienza eccellente, colazione buona e ricca di alimenti buoni, pulizia impeccabile e soprattutto la correttezza in tutto. Disponibilità dello staff per qualsiasi esigenza subito pronti, preparati e non ti fanno sentire solo.

Pros:

La limpieza del hotel y la amabilidad del personal, la cama era cómodo y la ducha muy buena

Cons:

Lo que menos puntuación podría tener sería el desayuno, pero por no tener mucha variedad. El café era muy bueno y tambien la fruta y la verdura.

Great sleeping quality. Perfect for a working stay.
Pros:

Room size, bathroom size, wi.fi. soft bed, soft pillows, soft towels, welcoming staff, easy to reach, close to bus station and main roads, soap and shampoo provided.

Cons:

Breakfast selection can be improved, also breakfast area a bit narrow. TV positioning in the room not comfortable.

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, leggermente fuori dalla strada principale che collega in 20 minuti a piedi l'hotel alla piazza centrale della città. Tutta in finto marmo bianco nelle pareti richiamando molto lo stile turco ed un bellissimo effetto nero con una linea di oro che ricopre tutta la scalinata dei piani delle stanze. Staff disponibile e gentile, ma molto minimale. Il ragazzo del turno notturno è molto simpatico e professionale.

La colazione è un punto a metà tra positivo e negativo perché ti servi direttamente al bar chiedendo quello che vuoi illimitatamente quanto riguarda caffè e consumazioni e le ragazze del bar sempre molto gentili e sorridenti, unica pecca riguardo la colazione che è veramente molto minimal. Un gusto sol di marmellata, pane in cassetta anche detto pancarrè, un solo tipo di succo di frutta, uova sode e all occhio di bue. In più aggiungo che la colazione è disponibile sono dalle 7 alle 10 che secondo me è un orario veramente assurdo per chi è in vacanza, chi vuole alzarsi alle 8 di mattina quando è lìbero dal lavoro e sta viaggiando?! Ma nel complessivo comunque era accettabile, anche se deludente. Caffè Buono. Non ho provato il servizio in camera.

Cons:

Ho preso una stanza luxury double con colazione inclusa, pagato nettamente sopra la media di tutta la concorrenza della zona siccome ero da solo volevo " trattarmi bene" ma sono rimasto molto deluso dalle condizioni della stanza che vado adesso a descrivere.

In bagno c'era una costante puzza di tombino che fuoriusciva dagli scarichi del lavandino e del bidet in quanto non erano forniti del classico " tappo per non fare scendere l'acqua" tant'è che ho dovuto chiudere la porta e lasciare accesa la luce durante tutto il pernottamento per evitare che il maleodore infestasse tutta la camera. Alcuni degli arredamenti, come il porta asciugamani del bagno e come il porta cartigenica erano cedevoli/non montati bene tant'è che mi è anche caduto in faccia il porta asciugamani quando sono uscito di doccia ma non mi sono fatto male per fortuna.

Un altro punto importante è che la camera che ho preso aveva incluso nei servizi " balcone " e " vista città". Tristemente al mio arrivo ho scoperto che il balcone non era accessibile, perché potevi aprire la finestra, ma lo spazio disponibile calpestabile all esterno della finestra non ti consentiva di stare in sicurezza neanche per fumare una sigaretta in tranquillità e mio malgrado in aggiunta, anche la vista era si sulla città, ma esclusivamente sulla wellness Spa enorme esattamente davanti all hotel che copriva tutto fino al 2° piano. Ovvero dove ero io.

In aggiunta una mattina si sono dimenticati di rifornire il sapone e il bagno schiuma del bagno tant e che quella sera, siccome sono rientrato tardi non ho potuto fare la doccia con il sapone fino al mattino seguente, dove il ragazzo della reception ha provveduto tempestivamente a rifornirmi, gentilmente.

Nota per me molto dolente, in camera era il famoso frigo bar, con all interno dell' abbeveramento e una tavoletta di cioccolato.
