Early breakfast and location.
Hard bed (why are English/European beds always so hard?), awful hard, fat pillows - there should alway be a choice of one large and one small pillow! Ineffective air conditioning. Slept terribly.

We arrived late at night, and I'd booked for 4 people, but the extra bed hadn't been made up in advance, which was a bit of a bummer when travelling with small children. It also took some time to get this fixed.

The staff were excellent. The receptionist kindly. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect—right next to the airport. It takes only 2 minutes to get there.

One of the rooms had a strong smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom. If went away after turning the air-con on.

Location to the airport was brilliant
The family room was very small and the air conditioning did not work properly. We had to ask for towels and pillows as only enough for 2 people where provided in a family room for 4, two trips down to reception
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und sehr komfortable Betten was Länge und Breite für meine Größe angeht und bei Nutzung von einem Paar.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr üppig und es gab 2 Räume in dem das Büffet angeboten wurde.
Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen London Stansted Man ist mit dem Zug auch schnell von dort nach Cambridge, was sich definitiv lohnt.
