Everything was good but at end the behaviour of reception person did not like at all

Cons:

Behaviour of the reception person... As during checkout...when they check the mini bar... They themselves keep the stuff which are already eaten by them and they put the charge on customer... I paid for everything but for the things which we did not eat paying for the same hurts .... The staff was rude that time and they don't listen....

Locatie en bedden zeer goed

Cons:

Geen warm water s'ochtends. Badkamer klein en niet goed onderhouden.zwembad had groene uitslag. Hotel straalt verloren glorie uit.

Outdated lift and software controls.

Short staffed at the front desk.

Unless you arrive in a group, I do not think the welcome desk remembers to welcome the regular guests. It’s an outdated Colonial practice perhaps; but if you are doing it, then do for all.

Staff in the facility can be organised to undergo communication and English skills to polish their personalities. We do this for engineering graduates, who leave for jobs in the US. This will improve staff morale as they will fell valued as well

Good old atmosphere.
Pros:

Spacious room, value for money.

Cons:

Shower temperature control was very temperamental. The swimming pool was a great size but the water colour was very unattractive. But before we left it looked a bit improved.

Location is good.
TV not working. Stinky and unclean room. No service or facilities. Unprofessional checkout. Very pricy hotel and wrongly branding as 5 star deluxe hotel, but it is less than 3 star or lower hotel.

There was a foul smell in the rooms. perhaps something to do with ducts and moisture sitting in it for a long time.
