El hotel es bonito, está bien ubicado, aunque no está cerca del barrio gay que es lo que más nos interesaba.
La habitación, la más barata de su oferta, es realmente pequeña, tiene el baño muy encima y no tiene espacios suficientes para administrar maletas y bultos para dos personas. Es bonita, pero no tiene las prestaciones que uno esperaría, porque, aunque es la más barata del hotel, no es tan barata. Cuando vas al Axel, esperas más calidad, no solo decoración.

The staff was wonderful and their breakfast is the best I have had in Spain.
Adult hotel does not describe the hotel focus or their target population . I also did not like the neighborhood ; it was centrally located but it was not very clean and there were homeless people in every block.

The bed was hard as a rock, the A/C didnt work, at 9am you could hear people outside your windows, there was no sauna like the other axel hotels, just a cold pool, drinks at the bar were €15-€20. A maid or someone walked into my room while I was sleeping and didn't close the door completely when they left.

Helaas de bar in de kelder niet kunnen bezoeken omdat er telkens alleen toegang was met entree…. Ook voor de hotel gasten.

The location is great - right in the heart of Madrid.
Lighting in the room was not bright enough. It nice for a relaxing mood, but I’d like to be able to have more lighting for packing etc.
Ce n'était pas ma 1re fois dans cet hôtel. La situation géographique, la gentillesse du personnel, le toit terrasse avec piscine. Je reviendrai clairement ici pour mes prochains séjours.

Los empleados hablan muy alto en los pasillos desde muy temprano mucho ruido me comentan q hace 2 años el hotel cierra y no lo acaba de hacer la puerta de mi habitación no abría bien y está a rota arriba como que rebajaron el marco eso es crítico horrible
