Pros:

Great location, super friendly staff

Cons:

The room was small with tiny cupboard for clothes and nowhere to store my suitcase so I had to move the bed in order to fit everything in.
The room is also quite dark (with no sheer curtain on the window) so very hard to get ready (put on makeup etc) with out much lighting, water pressure was not great which made it feel like it took ages to get any soap washed off.

Muy adecuado para una emergencia en la que tuve que quedarme en Madrid.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid. Sin ruidos. El trato del personal fue muy agradable. La limpieza de la habitación y la piscina son de lo mejor.

la ubicación es muy buena y está muy bien para ir a cualquier sitio del centro de Madrid. la habitación que nos asignaron era muy amplia y la decoración muy bonita. El personal majísimo: Fernando y Andrea resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y estuvieron muy pendientes de que pudiéramos encontrar el parking.

Cons:

El tapón de la bañera no se ajustaba bien y era complicado darse un baño. La piscina está genial pero es un poco más estrecha de lo que parece en las fotos.

The hotel is good and not more than that. The staff is helpful.

Cons:

The room is small for the price. The sink is located in the bathroom next to the front door, which I think is annoying. And I don't think it's a 4 star hotel. In my opinion only 3
