Pros:

Great location, close to everything, large room with exquisite furniture, very clean. And most importantly the guys at the reception, Rovshan and Elbrus, were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about local stuff and all around great guys!

Excellent hotel with a great location, clean rooms, and outstanding service. Special thanks to ELBRUS at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. Also, many thanks to his colleague who works the night shift after midnight for his helpfulness and excellent service. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to this hotel, and there will be more to come
Pros:

The reception team Ravshan and Elburs were so helpful , the hotel is so clean I rented the Royal suite it has every thing i wanted for my vecation , the free breakfast was delicious and they have lots of different kinds of food

В первую очередь администраторы Роман и Эльбрус . Очень радушные, внимательные, неоднократно оказывали помощь в нестандартных ситуациях. Что в свою очередь путешествие делало приятным и комфортным. Номер эконом был на 4 этаже 406, маленький, но все было хорошо, так как часто выезжала на экскурсии и гуляла по городу. В номере только ночевала. Постельное белье хорошее, белоснежное. Завтраки прекрасные, сытные и вкусные. На экскурсии вместо завтрака в отеле выдавали сухие завтраки. Расположение прекрасное, близко к основным достопримечательным объектам и в тоже время тишина в отеле

Great experience
Pros:

Todo perfecto
Pros:

Me gustó todo. La ubicación, habitación, desayuno... El personal de recepción fue fantástico, en especial Rorsham y Elbrus que me ayudaron en todo. Muy recomendable éste alojamiento. Volvería sin duda.

Наличие лифта, расположение (рядом магазины, рестораны), неплохой завтрак (сыр, колбаса, выпечка, варенье, овощи, овсянка и разные блюда из яиц), удобная кровать.

Cons:

Брали самый большой и дорогой номер люкс. В номере не чисто, ужасное ковровое покрытие, на потолке огромное пятно, старая сантехника. Уборка очень посредственная. Самое главное - балкона на самом деле нет, есть просто перегородка (типа французского балкона). Цена не соответствует качеству

Fabulous stay in Baku
Pros:

Comfortable, elegant and spacious rooms. Fabulous location. We had 2 rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boutique hotel Baku. Rovshan and Elbrus, in particular, were amazing and so helpful about everything. Both, Rovshan and Elbrus made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Внимательный персонал, хорошие завтраки и отличное расположение
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности от центра и ТЦ. Очень хорошие завтраки. Спасибо персоналу и отдельно менеджеру Ровшану за внимание и возможность оплаты номера при заселении. Буду рекомендовать знакомым
