Ubicación muy cercana al puerto y a zonas comerciales, parqueadero justo en el hotel y para parquear uno mismo, la habitación amplia y cómoda, el desayuno rico, variado y generoso, con opciones para dietas especiales.
El hotel muy limpio y las personas de la recepción muy amables.

Hotel is dirty, the rooms are not maintained well, the a/c unit is so loud you can’t sleep, the water faucet in the bath tub fell off the wall, the ice maker on the floor didn’t work, there is only one elevator that works, the staff is rude and inhospitable.

The staff.. specially the front desk was really friendly and helpful!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hampton Inn Pompano Beach. My total charge was supposed to be $145.77, but I was charged $241.22 because the hotel claimed we had a pet in our room. The problem is, we don't even own a pet, so this charge is completely inaccurate.

It's frustrating to be charged an extra fee based on a false accusation. I expected better attention to detail and better customer service when addressing the issue. Guests should not have to dispute charges for something that never happened.

I hope management reviews this mistake, removes the incorrect pet fee, and takes steps to ensure other guests don't experience the same issue. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, but I no longer recommend staying here.

This is a first terrible review I have given a Hampton.
We usually stay either Hampton or Hilton
The Staff here are so rude.
They didn’t offer to help with anything.
Ice machine broke, need a card to get to the broke ice machine
One elevator because the 2nd is broke.
All the staff and workers had to use the one elevator so very long wait to get anywhere.
They don’t allow you to put any drinks or snacks on your room, you have to use a self check out that may or may not show you purchased. Was accused of not paying because of the stupid machine, had to prove that we did.
I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.

This is a fairly new property but it already looks tired. One of two elevators was out of order and when I mentioned it to a staffer they said no it isn't. The only lighting in the room are the sconces at bedside. No desk lamp on the desk, no floor lamp by the sofa. My guess is they're trying to get by on the cheap with their electric bill, not a good sign. Small food pantry in lobby but you can't charge to your room, have to pay with CC. Vibe more like a Motel 6.

Great location, Walmart, ross, Marshall, just 7 minutes walking. Great staff.

My experience at this property and the services provided by Sharima Sahib is phonemenal. The best experience since staying at any Hilton Hotels. Check in was excellent and very professional. We were greeted with a smile and everything was very informative. Thanks Sharima' we will definitely we back.

The best front desk Manager was/is thee best, sharima treated us with kindness hospitality and professionalism, thank you for all you do very much appreciated!!!!
