location is good. closeby metro. room is okay for tokyo. hotel seemed clean. the building is in a good state, we got awaken by earthquake and the building held us.
I didnt like the mandatory cleaning after the fourth night. You are basically given a time to get out of the hotel since they will come and clean. If I dont want room cleaning I should not be forced to leave my room. Moreover, you are not allowed to eat your own food in the room lobby.
Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación, muy bien conectada con transportes y espacios de la ciudad. La habitación tenía dos camas cómodas, aire acondicionado y la ducha funcionaba correctamente.
El tamaño de la habitación era bastante limitado. Había detalles de limpieza y estado del mobiliario que podrían mejorarse. Es una opción efectiva si necesitas hotel para pasar unos días viendo Tokio, sin mucho tiempo en la habitación. El personal fue un poco frío, tienes que hacer check in y out con una máquina.

The location is great, near train entrances and surrounded by good food. Staff are friendly and helpful too. There are in house vending machines and coin washers for our convenience. The room is clean and they provide an air purifier/humidifier for your use. I like that they install all the light switches at the bedside too. Overall a comfy stay and it feels that they do their best to make it convenient and comfy for you to stay.
It's quite dusty is some areas like the air conditioner and the corner beside the door. But it's acceptable since dust doesn't fly everywhere. The room is a bit too small that you have no space to keep your luggage open. Even though I'm staying in a queen sized bedroom that can fit 2 people, it would be more suited for a 1 person stay due to the size.
