Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Not thriilled about the neighborhood but only because it was more challenging to navigate. It's safe. The staff went out of their way to help with directions to the Shinkansen station especially given how many different metrolines were located there..

Cons:

They were smart putting the lobby on the second floor but the signage needs to be stronger so you don't miss the entrance.
