Excellent location, tons of restaurant and shop nearby
Friendly staff and easy to retrieve booking information to check in
有一天晚上床上突然看到有隻蟑螂，雖然不是很怕但說明房間乾淨程度堪憂
而且房間有一陣霉霉的味道，尚好毛巾都是乾淨的
我那間房間冷氣是對着床，結果每晚都睡不好，即使是夏天我也頂不住 這操作我看不懂==
之前住過也沒遇過這些問題，這次之後大概不會再回來了...
It's unexceptable that I saw an cockroach (~3-5 cm long) on my bed one night
As a person living in Australia I'm fine with that but it'd also proved that the cleanliness of the room is horrible
The room also smell bad at first but not really noticetable after you stay for a while, but also the same issue I mentioned earlier
I've been to this hotel a year ago, but I'm really disappointed about my recent experience.
The air conditioning is right opposite to my bed and I couldn't sleep well every night given the direct cold wind. I can't understand what kind of room design is this

But if you want a hotel that is cheap and with fair quality, I'd pay a little bit more and pick another one.
Great location! Staff were lovely at check in. The room is small, but for a solo traveller it was absolutely fine, and nice to have the option of a bath. Free toiletries at reception also a bonus For such a busy location the room was quiet.
The pillows weren’t that comfy, but that’s just my preference.
The bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel has AC, not just the room.

The location is great: everything you want to see and train/metro very close
The room is supposed to be for two people, but the bathroom is small and space for luggage was okay for just one suitcase.

The hotel is well placed near Ueno. Rooms are pretty small, but functional. The staff is nice and they offer to keep your luggage.
The reception also offers plenty of skincare products.
It's a few minutes walk from Ueno park and station.
However, the area is quite noisy and very crowded, in addition the room was very cramped. The room's temperature was very high and did not improve during our stay. There was a strong smell due to the humidity from the restroom that was also very tight and felt like a plastic box put in the room. I would definitely not recommend unless for a low price. Better areas like Asakusa or Ginza offer more for the same price.
The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk to Okachimachi Station. It’s an ideal place for shopping.
The room was very small, and we couldn't even open two medium-sized suitcases. The staff were cold and indifferent.
Great location, with restaurants and places to go around. Very nice, clean hotel with super friendly and helpful stuff. Great value for the money. I'd stay again if need to be in this area.
Nothing to complain about. The rooms are typically small for Tokyo and especially for the price. But clean and have everything I need.

房間空間依房型而異，行李箱可能無法攤開。
Close from station and akihabara but also next to Ueno parc and zoo, it was not too noisy and crowded but we could easily go everywhere in Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
