Omni Frisco at The Star

Beautiful location, friendly staff, excellent accommodations.

The Employees are absolutely great, no complaints there! But for the price we paid and the amenities offered it was a waste of money! Paid over $400 a night to not be able to use amenities because of overcrowding and room services failed as well...empty fridge in our room.

The service was everything you'd hope for at a lovely location such as this. Every team member, no matter the time of day or role, was considerate, responsive, and helpful. A smile every time you passed, an acknowledgement as you left and came back, doors opened throughout. The location itself is lovely, though I'm uninterested in the sports aspect. The large halls were excellent for our event, and the food was quite good. I would stay again should I find myself back in Dallas.

From the time we toured the Omni, we knew this is where we wanted to hold our training, which included a lot on customer service. Our hope was our attendees would see what great customer service looks like and bring that back to their teams. The team at Omni did not disappoint. We were only a group of 20, but we were treated so well. The banquet and event staff is truly incredible. We'll be back again next year.

The customer service was top notch, rooms and hotel were very clean! The fragrance of their lobby was amazing, and all toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap were soo nice.

I had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to others!

I had an amazing first stay at the Omni Frisco Hotel, and I can’t wait to come back!

From the moment I arrived, Jordan, the Director of Front Office, made me feel genuinely welcome. He greeted me with a warm smile, got me checked in quickly, and even surprised me with a thoughtful amenity delivered to my room. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate exceptional service, and Jordan set the tone for an outstanding stay.

The pool was fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs available, so it never felt overcrowded. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale.

Exceptional service is what turns a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and that’s exactly what I found here. Thank you to Jordan and the entire Omni Frisco team for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The entire staff from the front desk to the ballroom attendants were very professional and helpful. This will be my new place to stay when I'm in the area.

It was cool place to stay. It was neat to be right outside the training center. It was very clean and the coffee at the bar was very good!!

On July 11th -13th My family and I stayed at this OMNI Resort location in the Star District of Dallas Frisco area. From the time we arrived we were met by some of the friendliest and helpful staff I've ever encountered. I called ahead to let the team know we were celebrating our 7 year old daughter's birthday during the Fifa World Cup Semi-Finals. Your Loyalty Ambassador/Rooms Controller, Stacia Logan was truly a GEM who ensured our family had an extraordinarily memorable stay that my daughter would never forget :-) Stacia and her team are ' Stellar, World class' amazing individuals that made it easy to share our positive stay experience with our closest family & friends instantly. We wish we could give our stay a 20 out of 20 for the service we received at Omni- Frisco Star District. ( One heads up: in case Mamas need Spa Services as well, that is the ONLY thing missing however its fully accessible and not even 15 mins away as they provide you with direct access to their sister property's Full Service Spa at the Omni Frisco PGA resort. )

The staff was amazing and friendly.

After booking through an a third party and laying in full the hotel attempted to charge me thousands of dollars in “holds” door incidentals. Everyday they attempted to charge my card for things they couldn’t explain. Two weeks after my stay I still have holds on my credit card that have not fallen off.
