Pros:

Staff made me feel like part of the community very friendly and sorted my concerns instantly very nice place would stay there again in a heartbeat I recommend this to any traveller looking for a most welcoming place to stay

I wouldn’t stay here again not handy for a local shop and no facilities at all in rooms i.e kettle,
Cons:

No kettle and only half a toilet roll, window was broken and jammed open, noisy with other guests, no extra pillows, not clean

Pros:

The lady that check me in was very nice remember me when I came in evening I didn't catch her name but she was highlight.

Cons:

The bathroom had cobwebs and spiders all through it. I had very noisy neighbours they didn't even stop talking till 3am. Mattress wasn't comfortable.

Het viel zwaar tegen.
Pros:

We kregen een gratis upgrade. Er zat een pub onder het hotel die was wel gezellig.

Cons:

De douche was kapot, het was erg luidruchtig en er was eerst geen wc papier.

Cons:

My only problem was someone set the fire alarm off at around 2am. I know this is out of your hands but the alarm went off for quite sometime then we was panicking not knowing if we needed to leave the room or stay.
