Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel

What a beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, great location for Incheon overnight stay and the room was incredible! On site convenience store was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about Golden Tulip.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable (soft enough!), and it was conveniently located on the airport line, making the Gimpo to Incheon shuffle seamless. The airport shuttle was also seamless. The employees were kind and helpful and checkout was simple (Just drop the cards in the basket on the way out).

Location- close to Inchon airport, close to train and cafes and restaurant, park right in front, the best part is free shuttle to and from the airport

Great location, clean, quiet, even facing the highway and I am very fussy with noise. The bathroom area though has not much sound proofing. Staff will leave water and fresh towels by your door if you have a DND sign on, which I appreciated. Spacious, 24hr convenience store with self check out after hours. Olive Young also opens to late downstairs but it's a smaller store. The free return pick up and airport drop off is helpful but only hourly and with the location within a couple of mins of Unseo station - which is a cheap 1hr ride into the city center. Great value and would stay here again.

Heated toilet seat, good breakfast, convenient location

Good for the airport and very good for the train to Seoul Central. Once checked in, the hotel room was large, comfy and did the job. There was a small shop downstairs so I could buy some food and drinks for dinner. Wifi was good. Room spotless.

For an airport hotel it was in an area that you can walk around and see convenience stores, restaurants, and a very nice park. The train station (I did not use) is just outside the hotel, and the airport shuttle was very convenient and on-time, The room was clean, and comfortable. Those at the reception desk were able to help me in English or find someone who can.
I would like to thank Mr Lee who worked the overnight shift on May 19 check-in counter. Since the phone in my room did not work, he offered up his cell phone on two occasions to allow me to make calls to North America. Although he did not know, the calls were very urgent regarding my credit card. He did not hesitate to offer up his cell phone and it saved my trip.

The room is very big & clean

Near to the train station/halal restaurant and many convenient stores nearby to get food/stuff. Comfortable bed and clean room. It also has charger to charge phone. And most surprisingly, It also has bidet in the toilet.

I book the hotel for one night based on location to metro and free airport shuttle. The proximity to subway was 5 min walk. The shuttle was a motor coach. Thus, both was achieved. The experience of the hotel is mixed. Hallways were felt well worn. Rooms were big with thin doors, walls, and windows. My room window was next to metro track. Bring your earplugs for a good night sleep. My shower head was broken. The room looks nice but felt like poor quality and design. I had the breakfast buffet which looked spectacular with food selection and setting. However, I would rate the food quality better than average. Near the hotel, lost off good restaurants at reasonable prices. We had roasted chicken within the same complex - pretty good. This acceptable hotel for an overnight stay if you need to be close to the metro and need airport shuttle. For anything longer, adjust your expectations.
