Pros:

What a nice comfortable big clean room, in a nice location. Very calm and quiet, with a nice path to the beach! The path is a bit hidden! Next to the entrance of the veranda lodge.
The reception is really friendly and helpful.
A great guesthouse, good value for money.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy, heard the neighbor upstairs getting on in the very early morning.

Personal = sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit, Bad = klei + fein + völlig zweckmäßig, Massage direkt im Haus, in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft jede Menge Gelegenheiten zum Frühstücken, sehr ruhig, Klima + WiFi + Kühlschrank funktionieren sehr gut, täglich 2 Flaschen Trinkwasser kostenlos, eigener Safe am Zimmer.

Super Lage, das Personal war auch sehr freundlich ;) Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sehr sauber und man weiß, was man bekommt.

Bien, le prix partit été un peu plus modéré au vu de ce qui se fait autour pour une même location
Pros:

Proximité du down Town de Hua Hin (1,5 km). Proche des plages. Proche du centre commercial de Market Village.

Cons:

3 étages à monter. La dame a gentiment aidé à porter la valise de mon épouse.
