A really helpful young guy on reception. A nice pool and view. Good sized rooms.
I believe this was overpriced for the accommodation, our outside area was dark and damp with no cushions on the sofa. We did not have breakfast as it was very expensive. The road outside was noisy from our room and also hard to park off it due to the volume of cars that used the road.
Hotel vraiment magnifique avec une piscine à débordement et une vue à couper le souffle.
Notre chambre était sous les toits climatisée et spacieuse, avec une vue sur le lac.
Les prestations et le personnel sont pas au niveau de l'établissement.
Le menu est vraiment basique, certes pas excessivement cher, mais basique (Chicken nuggets avec des frites littéralement servis dans une boite en carton... plat de spaghetti... Le personnel à la limite de la politesse qui laisse sous entendre que vous allez leur voler des serviettes, bref pas en cohérence avec l'établissement et le prix.
On en parle du poulailler au bout de la piscine à débordement ??

Beautiful room view, clean and well appointed
Location is great, but logistically not the easiest to park and to move around in quite small rooms and stairs. If traveling with a dog there is nowhere convenient to take the dog out. Walking alone a very busy main road with no pavement to look for a green space is not ideal.

Kein Haarshampoo
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Ambiente am Pool ist sehr ansprechend sowie die Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber köstlich. Leider gab es keine Laktosefreie-Alternativen.
Wir haben etwas vergessen im Hotel und waren sehr froh, dass die Ware uns nach Hause gesandt wurde.
Als wir ankamen, hat es kurz vorher geregnet. In diesem Segment hätte ich erwartet, dass das Personal die Liegen kurz mit einem Lappen abwischen, so dass man wieder sich hinlegen kann. Auch am nächsten Morgen. Es hätte auch einen besseren Eindruck gemacht, wenn jemand kurz mit dem Besen all die heruntergefallenen Blätter etc. vom Sturm weggewischt hätte. Eine kurze Sache.
Der Whirlpool war viel zu kalt und überhaupt nicht geniessbar.

Airco staat wat raar gepositioneerd waarbij hij direct op het bed blaast.

La salle de bain est équipée d’une baignoire et d’une douche, mais le savon est uniquement disponible dans la douche et pas de shampoing proposé . Si vous choisissez de vous laver les cheveux dans la baignoire, vous êtes obligé d’aller ensuite dans la douche pour vous rincer, car la baignoire ne dispose pas de douchette.
Le restaurant est présenté comme une solution de dépannage. Il faut choisir et commander son repas dès 18 h pour pouvoir dîner à 19 h ou 20 h, ce qui laisse peu de flexibilité.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, facturé 18 €, est assez décevant : aucun fruit frais n’est proposé et les saucisses servies sont de simples knackis.
