Cons:

La indiferencia y la poca disposición del personal de recepción. Que no hiciesen mi habitación un día , y los problemas que nos pusieron para cambiar de habitación a una pareja.de amigos . El personal deja mucho que desear para trabajar en un hotel.

It was lovely

It was close to so many transport links and great food locations nearby

Cons:

As it was so close to tram lines it was a little loud at times but not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers

Pros:

Buona posizione, quartiere ebraico e centro raggiungibili a piedi o con i tram che fermano sotto l’hotel. Si raggiunge bene anche dall’aeroporto, essendovi una stazione del treno a 900 metri. Struttura pulita, ampia sala colazioni con buona scelta di prodotti, più orientata verso il salato. Camera ampia e confortevole. Ben calda anche nelle fredde serate di settembre.

Cons:

Bagno senza finestra e con specchio fume’. Personale della reception non prodigo di informazioni.

Colazione molto buona. Il parcheggio, pur essendo a pagamento, è privato e situato accanto alla struttura. Posizione molto comoda, con facile accesso al centro. La camera era semplice ma pulita e adeguata al soggiorno.

Cons:

"L'unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda le informazioni sul parcheggio. Dopo averne fatto richiesta tramite Booking, sarebbe stato utile sapere in anticipo che si trova accanto alla struttura. Inoltre, un'area dedicata per il carico e lo scarico dei bagagli renderebbe il check-in molto più pratico."

Pleasant stay and good location
Pros:

Hotel well located for Kazimierz and ideal for the tram which literally stops outside! Breakfast was OK but limited for gluten free - they did bring me GF bread. All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel bar nice to sit in the evening. Didn't try the food but saw others eating and it looked good.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited for me as someone who is gluten free and frequently ran out of the items I would have preferred - eg the chia seeds/yoghurts had run out by 9am one day and I took the last one at 10am another day. Given breakfast runs until 11am, I would advise going early if you want to guarantee the full range. However they did bring some GF bread so I could have that with scrambled eggs.

The room temp was a little cool - we visited in September when the weather had dropped to 20 degrees and the aircon was constant in our room (always cooling down to the temp) and I found that a little drafty. Relatedly, I asked reception how we switched the towel rail on to heat following a mishap with our luggage causing half of it to be sopping wet (Flixbus related, not due to hotel) and hotel receptionist advised the towel rail was off until winter, so we had no way to dry our clothes. It also meant our towels needed to be changed every day as they didn't dry out.

The lighting in the room wasn't great - lots of subdued lighting but found it a little too dark at times. We were also next to the housekeeping room so at 7am in the morning the door was constantly banging shut right next to us, which wasn't good - avoid the corner rooms!

That said, we did like the hotel but I wanted to share the feedback so it could help in future guests.

Attenzione stanza 301 - Queen
Superior
Hotel nel complesso pulito e staff gentile, ma attenzione alla categoria Queen Superior. Ci è stata assegnata la 301 al 3° piano. Prenotata come 21mq con vista città/landmark, in realtà si affaccia sul cortile interno a 4 metri dal palazzo di fronte, zero vista città. Metratura reale molto inferiore ai 21mq dichiarati, stanza stretta con AC sul soffitto sopra il letto molto rumorosa. Per il resto colazione buona e posizione ok, ma se vi assegnano la 301 chiedete subito il cambio. Non vale il prezzo Superior.

Not worth Superior price.
