I was glad it was a short stay and gave us somewhere to go for our short trip but I wouldn’t revisit this location at al

The property was close to Niagara Falls Park and had good parking for free.

Cons:

Housekeeping was less than stellar. Left out the room late morning my first day and asked for my room to be serviced. All they did was give us some more towels, take out the trash and nothing else. Would’ve been nice to have the bedding changed and things actually wiped down. Restaurant was also underwhelming. My girl got some wings with carrots and celery and the carrots were super soft and didn’t look or feel safe to eat. Not a good look.

Pros:

I never actually stood at this hotel. I accidentally booked this location thinking I was booking on the US side.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when I reached out to them to see about even a partial refund for the mistake, they told me no. I ended up paying for two hotel rooms for the night, one in Canada (which I never stepped foot into) as well as New York. The New York Marriott was very understanding of the situation and actually called Canada Marriot on my behalf to see if the issue could be resolved.

Misleading breakfast information and poor air quality due to ongoing renovations made the stay disappointing.

The hotel was clean, the location was convenient

Cons:

I booked for 4 adults and 2 children and paid about $144 extra because the reservation showed breakfast was included. However, after checking in, I was told that breakfast was only included for ONE person, which was very misleading and disappointing. In addition, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, and the air quality was very poor, with a strong and unpleasant smell. This made our stay uncomfortable. Guests should be clearly informed about ongoing renovations before booking.
