Misleading breakfast information and poor air quality due to ongoing renovations made the stay disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the location was convenient

Cons:

I booked for 4 adults and 2 children and paid about $144 extra because the reservation showed breakfast was included. However, after checking in, I was told that breakfast was only included for ONE person, which was very misleading and disappointing. In addition, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, and the air quality was very poor, with a strong and unpleasant smell. This made our stay uncomfortable. Guests should be clearly informed about ongoing renovations before booking.

Absolutely horrific
Pros:

There was no breakfast, the shower was dirty and not cleaned I had to go buy colorox to clean it, the bedding had stains and holes in the comforter and on the pillow cases. The TV and internet kept going off we couldn’t watch a movie to fall asleep with out it turning off. No coffee refills.
And the staff was too occupied to wait and stand there we waited 20 min for someone to come ring us out for just water.
I’m calling the hotel today to discuss our stay.

Pros:

La camera pulita e spaziosa

Cons:

Hanno sbagliato a darci la camera che aveva un letto in meno. Secondo la prenotazione la camera doveva ospitare 7 persone ma i letti non erano abbastanza. Un divano letto considerato per due ma era a una piazza.

Wouldn’t stay here again or book through booking.com again
Pros:

Plenty of parking even though you’re charged for it.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were constantly hot even with control of the AC. And it was stated that there is a $250 damage fee added to base price at check out. Now we’re only getting $60 even though there were no damages to the hotel.

Staff, value for money, room service cleaned the room and did not leave new towels the coffee making facilities are inadequate understand the hotel is under renovation but work started very early in the morning all in all thoroughly disappointing there are many choices closer to the falls and better value for money so if you can please avoid this place

I think you shoud provide some direction when the car enters and we coudnt spot the main entrance and our luggage was dropped close to swimming pool back side and we were waiting for long time to get inside.
