Отлична локация, добър дизайн на хотела и ресторанта, посредствено обслужване от персонала!
Pros:

Локацията и дизайна на хотела и ресторанта са мн.добри, но просто няма нищо по-добро в района иначе не бих повторил.

Cons:

В подземният паркинг имаше теч на "кафява" вода от ръби от тавана, който не бе отстранен през целия престой. Освен това персоналът на рецепция не ме предупреди, че паркингът е платен в самото начало, а ме таксува допълнително при напускане по 30 евро на ден за паркинг, в който трябваше да внимавам къде паркирам за да не тече мръсна вода върху колата. Сервитьорът, който ни обслужва две вечери беше намусен, с надменно държание, което ме накара да потърся друг ресторант и като цяло персоналът не беше приветлив.

Perfect weekend getaway
Pros:

The beautiful décor, outstanding service, and genuine kindness of the staff, starting with the hotel manager, made our stay truly memorable. There was so much to love about this hotel!
I had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room beautifully and surprising us with complimentary champagne and flowers. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a special touch to our weekend getaway. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay.

Cons:

One tip for future guests: if you book a sea-view room, request a room on the second floor, as the sea view from some first-floor rooms can be partially restricted. This is just something to keep in mind and did not take away from our overall wonderful experience.

Rooms. Cleanliness, breakfast and staff

Cons:

Thin walls/ceilings so noise carries through to the rooms. Avoid rooms that face the portside as there are two night clubs opposite which blare music out till 5am. Also full of instagramers …

Pros:

Le personnel était très professionnel.
Par contre au restaurant les cartes ne sont qu en alphabet cyrillique .il faudrait des cartes en anglais
Les plats commandés ne correspondent pas au plats servis.
Le personnel n est pas toujours très aimable.
Par contre hôtel est à recommander pour son emplacement et sa qualité.
Si nous revenons à Sozopol nous y reviendrons
