Відношення персоналу на рецепції, відсутність чистоти у номерах, суперечки персоналу, коли вони надаються видати неправду за істину, наприклад, переконують, що в номерах не смердить, що пил витирали, що місць інших немає тощо. Насміхались, що то не їхні проблеми, а проблеми мого зросту, що я не дістаю до душової лійки, котра розташована за 2 метри від підлоги. Мій зріст 160.
Номер у новому корпусі
Дуже ввічливий персонал. Чисто, парковка . За готелем є смачна кафешка)
Душ оказался неисправлен
Теріторія отелю.
Неподобалось те, що після мого виселення о 6 годині мені написали в 13.13, що в номері невистачає одного стакану. Запитали чи нерозбили ми його. Я видповила, що в номері було дві чашки і два стакана коли ми виїзжали вони були цілі. В майбутньому коли буду зупинятись в вашому отелі обовязково буду здавати номер адміністратору щоб небуло таких незручностей.
Чистота номера, гаряча вода і інші зручності. Ввічливий персонал. Працюючий цілодобово ресепшн
