Location and Greens 🥬 everywhere
The hotel is beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos on bookings but way better. The inside courtyard / foliage in the hotel is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have booked somewhere better. The restaurants inside the hotel were also fabulous, if we weren’t tourists, we probably would have never left.

Checkin very late, overall hotel very good
Primary reason why I picked IOTA hotel is the location, it is 5 minute walk from Freedom Square, metro accessible, walkable, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The venue is nice, clean and calm.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel and I cannot speak about it, but we have been to the restaurant and had a very pleasant experience.

Amazing location and really quiet for being so central. Really gorgeous downstairs and rooftop restaurants. Room was very nice, not very big but decent. Bathroom was nice and actually had walls that weren’t glass (seemingly hard to find these days). Really handy hotel for a Tbilisi stay. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
The shower door needed a bit of attention.
The location is good in the old city, a lot of restaurants and the old shops are there and at the same time the street is quiet at night. The garden there is amazing.
The room is very small compared to the price.
Stayed in this hotel in 2023 and came back in 2026. It was nice to see, that the hotel has kept its high level of service. Highly recommended!
