all in all - this hotel is not recommended at all!

the location is definitely the only advantage

Cons:

Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing. We booked and paid for four nights in advanced but after one night we simply could not stay there.

The air conditioning in our room did not cool at all. Only when we approached reception we were told that the hotel had switched its central system from cooling to heating for the winter. This policy was never disclosed on Booking.com, during the booking process, or at check-in. The hotel simply disables cooling without warning guests, despite advertising air conditioning as an amenity. It’s misleading.

Their suggested solution was to open the window. With outdoor temperatures above 20°C and a window that opened only about 5 cm, this suggestion was just ridiculous and did not help. We asked for a fan and again were told there is none available.
The receptionist was sour, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality. She gave us the impression that helping guests was the last thing she wanted to do.
When we asked for the manager we were told that they are on vacation for the weekend and that nothing could be done. The idea that a hotel has no available manager or responsible person to handle guest complaints throughout an entire weekend is absurd and raises serious questions about how this hotel is run.

We requested a refund for the three unused nights. The hotel refunded only two nights, refusing to refund the third unused night because we arrived to check out at 12:30 PM, just 30 minutes after the official 12:00 PM checkout time.

We were forced to leave because of the hotel’s failure to provide a comfortable room or any reasonable solution, yet still had to pay for a night we never used.

в номере был жуткий холод, я попросила еще одно одеяло, но все равно было холодно! но опции от отеля оказались исчерпаны на одеяле. номер очень маленький, кровать фактически рядом с унитазом. нет шкафа есть некое подобие со шторкой. такие отели это не больше 1 ночи. у персонала есть много правил, которые сложно понять. например они не вызывают такси и т д

Pros:

Fantastic location! The room was very compact (space in which to open suitcases for unpacking or to store luggage is extremely limited) but extremely comfortable, quiet and well-equipped, with an excellent bathroom. The view out onto the inner courtyard area was perfect.

Cons:

No complaints at all. It's an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

We stayed at IOTA Hotel Tbilisi for 7 nights in October and had a great experience. The location is excellent: right by Freedom Square, with the Old Town, and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Our room was clean and well designed, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi

Pros:

Super Lage und großes Zimmer mit schöner Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist nachhaltig ausgerichtet inkl vertikalem Garten im Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem (Matratze war etwas durchgelegen) und etwas klein. Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich.

We had a wonderful stay at IOTA Hotel Tbilisi. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly, professional and always helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we were very happy with our stay.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we didn’t like. Everything was well organized and we had a very pleasant experience throughout our stay.
