Nice Hotel, but bad service
Pros:

The hotel and it's location are great, but they don't care about cleaning and housekeeping

Positives:
Location (easy to get there).
Acceptable price.
Helpful bellman.

Areas of Improvement:
Difficult yo find car parkings.
Long time check-in and check-out process.
Poorly communicating non-professional reception staff.
Overused non-clean carpets and beds.
Non-comfortable beds and pillows.
There is NOT baby bed.
Noisy sound from nearby apartment and corridors.
The telephone is NOT working (poor communication).
Expensive.

Old hotel
Pros:

I don’t recommend and I will not be back to the same appartment again. Very old building and toilet is dirty. Furniture very old also

Good convenient hotel
Pros:

Well presented hotel and helpful staff. Good furnished decor. Bathroom a bit small but everything else was great.

Never Again
Pros:

The hotel Management is terrible and rude
Also the WiFi was dead for 2 days and a very weak signal for both WiFi and cellular.

The Parking lot is horrible, I can never find a parking spot

Overall the service and the attitude of the staff are not very welcoming.

Pros:

i spent only one night in Riyadh as i was going through a long journey so i needed to find a place near to the airport .

luckily i found this one and despite the fast stay , i really noticed how clean it was.

i stayed in an apartment , it was big , quiet and clean.

however , the staff was very average except the Egyptian receptionist, he was friendly and made my check-in process go faster as i had my family with me.

Small and so clean
Pros:

Small Hotel, very clean throughout all ceramic floors, rooms quite large, sitting room with tiny kitchen, bedroom with King bed.
Cafe at the front small menu which is very cheap, Burger with Fries and drink less than $ 5. Position close to Northern Ring Road and only one exit to Airport Road, I guess 17 km to Airport.
6 km to Granada Mall.
Within walking easy distance 20 eating places, Indian, Pizza etc. also Supermarket.
Across the road Laundry one of the cheapest I have ever used.
