Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei breiten Betten,, sehr bequem, gute Matratze umd sehr gutes Kissen. Die Nähe zur Tokyo Station ist super. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt!
Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr gross, hat aber alles was man braucht, auch Dusch-WC.

The rooms are perfect for an overnight stop but thats about it. They are great, but very small so if you’re OK with that then its a good choice.
The hotel staff were very helpful, check in and check out was quick and easy. Great location, 2 minute walk to Tokyo Station.
Room had a bad smell and pillows were hard. Very small room, could not open my suitcase properly to pack it.

Great location close to the station, comfortable rooms, pleasant decor and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.

The location is excellent and a short walk from Tokyo station. The staff was incredibly helpful and stored our extra luggage for a few days before we toured Japan. We stayed at this hotel a second time when we returned to Tokyo.
The rooms are very small, but still a good value for the price paid.

The room was extremely small, I could beraly fit in the bathroom. There was no room cleaning, that only take out the trash once a day and that's it. There is no trash can in the bathroom as well, you only get a small sanitary bag or as I like to call it a bag of female shame. The whole accomodation was extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast was awful as well. The staf was extremely incompetent, I tried to get an invoices for my stay for three days in a row and they refused every single time, even booking didint help me. On top of that, I left my stay with mistery bites on my arms. Recomendation for everyone reading - avoid this place.
