Precioso hotel en edificio colonial rehabilitado, con excelente ubicación que te permite visitar el casco histórico andando. Habitaciones tipo vintage pero confortables. El aparcamiento es en la vía pública pero es muy barato y suele haber sitio, te facilitan el pago en la recepción.
El café debería mejorar, es de tipo filtrado y está hecho en jarras. Claramente mejorable para el desayuno que ofrece.

The building is historic, but the rooms and facilities are modern and well maintained. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.
I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea, the strong shower, and the air conditioning, which was effective without being uncomfortable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel felt like a home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; the property was great, the location was close to the heart in Penang. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and eager to help whenever they could. Breakfast was very good and would recommend that all visitors sign up for that. Rooms were clean and just the right size. We were glad we choice this property & would recommend it 100%.
We had a problem with the Air Conditioner on the first night, it didn't cool the room off at all. But the Staff moved us to another room and solved that problem. They were very tentative to our needs & concerns.
Heritage style
Fantastic hotel that was easily walkable to everything you’d want to see in George Town. The staff were super friendly and really helpful - particularly the restaurant staff. The breakfast was fantastic with a buffet on busy days and a menu choice on less busy days. We loved our stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Really beautiful restored hotel close to the old historic part of George Town. Easy walk to cafes, sights, shops. Staff were great, and rooms serviced daily.
The building was noisy, and sounds from other guests rooms echoed throughout the building disturbing my sleep.
Good location close to Kimberley Street and walkable down to see all the street art. Staff were friendly. Plenty of nice eateries within walking distance.
Hotel is close to a mosque so you will get woken by prayer call. The rooms are not that soundproof and also let a lot of light in, especially at the top of the wall out towards the corridor as it is not fully sealed.
It had this wonderful colonial feel that made it feel unique

The Hotel is a beautifully renovated group of colonial buildings and exuded charm & warmth. Full of character. The room was spacious and well appointed. Daily breakfast was substantial and our greeting was always met with a smile. A special mention of Yahfiz. Truly delightful. The daily afternoon tea was an unexpected treat.

Rooms were very clean.
Room is small. There are vent blocks at the top of the room that lets light from outside into the room. Sound proofing is also not great.
