A pleasant and adequate place to lay one's head with a great breakfast.
Pros:

The owner/manager was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was a little small and only had a basin. The bathroom was shared (which was advertised so no surprise and was always available when I needed it).

It was a lovely experience, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were all friendly.

Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming host, who was managing on his own, but doing a fabulous job. Spacious twin room, clean and very comfortable,had everything we needed. Great breakfast with good coffee
Good location only 5 minute walk to train station.
We only had a short overnight stay, but will definitely be back .

It was basic. But the breakfast was ideal,
The 2 rooms were small but adequate for a single and were clean.You had a kettle tea and coffee but I'll have to be honest the price was very good for what you got Even off-road parking

Cons:

The bed was unacceptable, the mattress was so uneven , that it was hard to stay in bed. I am a mum of 2, and can sleep anywhere. But I contemplated moving into my car. Real shame, its a lovely old building and they made an effort to keep it clean and professional. Great location, and safe particularly for single woman
