Ruime kamer omdat we geen balkon hebben dus daardoor een grote kamer. Grote badkamer. Heerlijke grote douche. Goed warm water. Groot raam dus veel daglicht. Vroege schoonmaak, heerlijk. Wel veel kasten los,van de rare kleerkast. Heeeel goed onderhouden hotel in het hele gebouw.

Cons:

Reuze kleerkast maar geen legplanken, vreemd en jammer. Gelukkig wel een dressoir met lades en planken. 7u ochtend start herrie rolwagen van handdoeken laundry jongen. Andere wielen eronder zou dit oplossen.maar leuk hotel dus verder geen klachten.

Pros:

De grote van de kamer

Cons:

Het ontbijt, te weing bedjes bij het zwembad. Geen bar en geen minimarkt aanwezig terwijl dit wel op booking staat. Drukke weg waar je niet goed op de stoep kan lopen. Goed restaurant tegenover hotel maar gevaarlijk om over te steken. Security wil wel helpen,

AVOID ROOMS 223, 224, 225, 226
Pros:

Staff are friendly and hospitable and the breakfast is great.

Cons:

This was my third stay at this hotel and always had a good stay. This time, however, I was assigned to Room 223. DO NOT STAY IN THE BLOCK OF ROOM 226, 225, 224, 223. Kitchen staff and all others inside the hotel were wonderful.

The balconies face a massive block concrete wall which makes it feel like dusk all day. The front door looks out into a long concrete corridor. The sound of trolley's, doors opening, low conversations and even farts can be heard from 2 balconies down. I requested a quiet room through Booking.com, but of course hotel staff never got the message so I was booked in the worst of the available rooms.

Weak or NO internet the entire stay, Staff skipped cleaning my room on day 2 even with the 'clean room sign' out from 8 am until about 1 pm.

On the second night it was just too noisy to sleep and I was allowed to sleep in another room but had no desire to pack everything up at 10 00 at night and move to another room.

I've stayed in 100s of hotels through Booking.com but Room 223 of the Grand Palace Hotel ranks among the worst I've ever stayed. It may seem unfair to give such a low rating, but it was a horrible stay.

Oh and the hotel location is awful, long walk to the beach, heavy vehicle traffic runs in front of the hotel, sidewalks are full of holes....best get GoJek to go anywhere.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

I did a last minute booking which they accommodated well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool is excellent and the staff very good. Reception were helpful with organising transport for a day trip and getting to the airport.

Cons:

Their not the best at cooking eggs.

Feel like I am in luxury hotel. So peaceful and relaxing

Cons:

Traffic if I being pick up I need go opposite way. Takes you up the road to turn car. Same when return Honestly that’s Bali road

A comfortable place for a family, young and old.
Pros:

I like how convenient it was. It is just along the main road with minimarts, cafes and food outlets nearby. Home service itself was good too.

Pros:

The staff were good & the room was clean, the pool was very clean & towels were always available, the breakfast was good with many choices

Cons:

The location on the very busy road and the path was dangerous to walk especially for our older Mum, it would be better to have oat milk available & coconut yogurt & vegetable nasi goran for vegetarian, there was not enough sunbeds for around the pool as the space was limited
