Pros:

The staff was great, very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was great.

Cons:

The couch pull out bed for our guest was uncomfortable but the main bed was fine.

The reception desk was rude because the card I put the reservation with had issues with other companies trying to do some fraudulent activities in it, so it got canceled, and the reception desk was rude about answering questions about cash transactions.. plus, at breakfast, the manager let her dog wander around with no leach and no supervision. That wasn't cool at all for people with dog phobia like me and everyone else who didn't care to get sniff at breakfast.
