We enjoyed our stay very much and would return again.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My 15 year old son loved the breakfast each morning. The location was perfect. The room was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would highlu recommend Residence Inn to family and friends.

Cons:

The only draw back was out room was facing the highway so was bit noisey and our toilet was a little wobbly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend Residence Inn to family and friends.

Pros:

Best breakfast I have ever had from all kinds of hotels. Good staff members work here. Spacious room, good amenities in the room.

Cons:

The hotel so close to highway 91. So the rooms on the highway could be noisy even late in the night.

30 mins from downtown Boston by car. Clean. Would definitely hear again.
Pros:

Clean. Great/friendly staff. We had our baby and they asked if we needed anything else for breakfast before they closed.

Perfect and calm place.
Pros:

The reception and the environment(serene)were perfect.

Cons:

No drinking water was offered in the room. At least not even for a welcome as a guest. Water they say is life.

Very Good Stay to Visit Boston
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights here and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to spread out as a family. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful — Elaine and Francisco in particular went out of their way to make our stay a good one.

Breakfast had a decent variety each day — nothing spectacular, but solid options to fuel up before heading out. The location felt very safe, tucked back just off the freeway, making it easy to come and go without any worries. The main floor had a nice sitting area both inside and outside, perfect for relaxing, and the laundry facilities were a big plus for a longer stay. The gym and indoor pool were just okay — nothing special, but they got the job done.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient home base for our trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

I loved the lobby and seating area outside with a grill. The room was also comfortable, allowing my children to have separate spaces as needed.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was not able to use Apple Pay to put down the deposit as I use Apple Pay for everything and rarely cart cards

Pros:

Had a nice, large quiet room for two nights. The breakfast was excellent, especially the amazingly fresh-tasting eggs. The staff was extremely helpful and held onto an important bag I forgot to take home with me.

My only issues were intermittently sluggish Wi-Fi, and I wish the bar of bathroom soap wasn't partly hollow because it fell apart the second time I used it in the shower.

The location was central to the shopping mall. We liked the gym and the pool. Breakfast was great and fully included in the price. Great selection. Well run and managed hotel with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Especially Elaine who was very kind and welcoming to us. She is a credit to the hotel!
