Pros:

Địa điểm rất thuận lợi, gần các địa điểm tham quan, đặc biệt là xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn. Phòng sạch sẽ, đủ rộng rãi, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Quầy mini-bar giá cũng rẻ, không đắt.

I booked last minute and enjoyed the hotel so much I stayed longer than expected.
Pros:

The staff were quick to check me in my room even though it was last minute and the middle of the night. I extended my stay because of the staff and the ambiance. It was quiet, clean and a classic feeling hotel in the heart of Downtown San Jose.

Disappointing
Pros:

It was big

Cons:

The ac was leaking, we were transferred to a room with weak wifi, the carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was barely working, it was noisy at night and the breakfast was disgusting

Excellent long weekend overall. Very satisfied
Pros:

Breakfast had plenty of variety from croissant sandwich or muffin sandwich. Different toasts and yogurts. Butter and cream cheese packs. Coffee. Different juices and fruits

Cons:

There is no way to control the rowdy crowd outside of the hotel. The hotel is on a street where cars constantly drive by with loud music and loud exhaust. Saturday night sleep was so bad

Really can’t ask for more a good location & good staff!
Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff was also excellent…asked us more than once if everything was okay with our room & if we needed. We did have a clogged toilet which they fixed immediately.

Cons:

Didn’t like the noise outside (music, partying). But, I don’t think there was anything they could reasonably do about it…which is why we always carry earplugs!

Tina the front lobby Representative was very accommodating. Was very very accommodating and helpful. She’s a real. Sweet

Location, Location, Location, 👍🏽the hotel is Perfectly located in The Heart of Historic San José, Downtown it’s walkable able To Everywhere especially during the World Cup games. It was excellent.👍🏽

Cons:

Breakfast, which was included could be improved it just a very simple continental, Breakfast Nothing Special. They could do better.
