Habitaciones antiguas y con cierto descuido. Algunos personales no son totalmente sinceros con los detalles de los costos. Costoso para la comodidad que ofrece el hotel. El desayuno muy justo

Excellent long weekend overall. Very satisfied
Pros:

Breakfast had plenty of variety from croissant sandwich or muffin sandwich. Different toasts and yogurts. Butter and cream cheese packs. Coffee. Different juices and fruits

Cons:

There is no way to control the rowdy crowd outside of the hotel. The hotel is on a street where cars constantly drive by with loud music and loud exhaust. Saturday night sleep was so bad

Really can’t ask for more a good location & good staff!
Pros:

Location was excellent. The staff was also excellent…asked us more than once if everything was okay with our room & if we needed. We did have a clogged toilet which they fixed immediately.

Cons:

Didn’t like the noise outside (music, partying). But, I don’t think there was anything they could reasonably do about it…which is why we always carry earplugs!

Location and helpful staff. Tina, the front desk mgr was so helpful and making sure we have all we need. Also, continental breakfast was decent

Tina the front lobby Representative was very accommodating. Was very very accommodating and helpful. She’s a real. Sweet
Pros:

Location, Location, Location, 👍🏽the hotel is Perfectly located in The Heart of Historic San José, Downtown it’s walkable able To Everywhere especially during the World Cup games. It was excellent.👍🏽

Cons:

Breakfast, which was included could be improved it just a very simple continental, Breakfast Nothing Special. They could do better.

muy buena opción en pleno centro de San José.
Pros:

El desayuno bueno, podrían agregar mayor variedad de facturas o porciones de tortas, frutas y huevos. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación en pleno centro de San José. habitaciones amplias y muy silenciosas, el personal muy amable y predispuesto.
