良いホテルでした。
Pros:

立地は最高にいい。周囲に飲食店、カフェ、コンビニ多数。眺望もよい。夜遅い時間でも人通りがありそれなりに安全。朝食もバラエティ豊か。浴室とトイレは別々。シャワーは十分な水量とお湯が出た。トイレはウォシュレットでした。一番小さいタイプの部屋も広々としている。大きな机がある。冷房もある。

Cons:

他の人も書いているように西側に屋外ビアガーデン兼ライブハウス的なものがあり夜遅くまで歌が聞こえる。ただ、夜0時には終わるので安眠を妨げられるほどのことはない。
朝食の目玉焼きは焼きすぎだと思う。
人手が足りないのか制服を着たレセプショニストのような人がタマゴを焼いていたことがある。

Bad experience. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Booking manager was flexible in allowing me to make a last minute change to my dates due to a change in my travel plans.

Cons:

Not normally one to complain but this was an exceptionally bad stay from the outset. Despite the hotel being almost empty, I was put in a room which was not the one I had booked and had to ask to move to the one I had paid for. Furthermore, there was live music coming from a bar below that was so loud the windows on the 13th floor were shaking until it stopped around 3 or 4am (on a weeknight). I called the reception because neither me nor my toddler could sleep and got a half hearted apology and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I complained to the daytime receptionist on check out and they just shrugged their shoulders. Very poor service for a very overpriced stay. Place is tired. Staff came across ambivalent.

What you would expect from this type of hotel
Pros:

It's fine hotel. The room looked like photos indicated. It was very clean.
We stayed only 3 nights, didn't use any facilities. We tried restaurants they were all good. Didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment about that.

Cons:

It was noisy during the night. I think that noise came from ventilation system. We didn't sleep very well.

Tolles Hotel in eine perfekten Location
Pros:

Bestmögliche Location, der Hauptplatz mit weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen etc. direkt vor dem Hotel. Phantastische Aussicht aus dem Panoramafenster, hatte Zimmer i der 18. Etage. Freundliches Personal, Schnelles WiFi, sauber, tolller Swimmingpool.

Cons:

Bessere Auswahl zum Frühstück und Kaffee aus der Maschine, nicht aus der Kanne, wäre toll. Ist aber Meckern auf hohen Niveau :-)

少し良いお値段するけど掃除とか行き届いていないと思った

スフバトール広場に近くて
VIVANTに出てた病院のロゴも見える

田舎に行って2日間お風呂入れない予定やったからバスタブ付いてるところが良くてここにした！

Cons:

ケトルが前の人が使ったままで水が少し入っていた

後備え付けのドライヤーがコンセント差したら火花が散って怖くて使えなかった
