Staff amenable

Cons:

Sauna didn't work and takes a long time to heat so don't guarantee you can use whenever. Laundry is. DIY. Cleaning left hairs in bathroom twice.
No plug sockets near bed. Hairdryer didn't work.

Great value and a good location for discovering Battery Point and the waterfront areas.
Pros:

Exceeded expectations in terms of hotel brand category and I was impressed with the lobby, location and restaurant. While the room was basic, the aspect of the mountain was lovely (partly obscured but still nice!)

Cons:

The bathroom was just a little pokey, though clean and the room was great value so that was fine.
