Good location with decent facilities.
Pros:

Central location. Good amenities. Decent value at times. Wifi works well. Staff always friendly enough. Not a bad option and as expected. Restaurant is good.

Cons:

The parking situation is terrible. Have never been able to access the parking in the hotel and have to relocate to an overflow car park a street over that always involves moving your car up a very busy and full multistory car park, then dragging all your luggage down six or seven stories and walking it a street over to the hotel. They always say they will provide a tax invoice but every time forget to send it and require follow up. Room service would be a welcome option.

Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Inviting lobby. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Took time to answer all queries. Close to pick up location for our Tour trip. Close enough to walk to the wharf. Lots of table space for those extra suitcases. Laundry facility location.

Cons:

They forgot to provide hand towels. Lighting control system were not accessible by the bedside, just the reading light.

Breakfast - Good variety. As a coeliac found kitchen staff caring and went out of their way to "get it right". Top marks to them.

Cons:

No Lactose Free Milk.
