The staff here are amazing, so kind and helpful. The spa area in level 3 has a fabulous 28m lap pool with a view over the city plus a sauna and gym. That was a real treat after a wet day wandering around town!
Very comfortable bed, also the room was well laid out.
The only thing was that the architect really hadn’t made the most of the absolutely spectacular view - the window was floor to ceiling but only used 1/3 of the available space so when you pulled the curtains there was mainly blank wall, which was such a waste.
Consequently the room felt smaller than it should have.

Location being close to work since this was a work trip.
The shower didn’t look particularly clean and the mattress protector was covered in small seed-like things that I could feel through the sheets. Unsure what they were.
We liked the facilities such as the gym and pool. The breakfast was superb with lots of yummy options.
Our room did not have a smart tv
Central location easy to get to all the attractions within walking distance. Clean and modern hotel with standard hotel rooms, more than acceptable.
No complaints really. Except maybe the fact that hand towels weren’t provided in the bathroom, we had to ask.
