In order to stay at YOTELAIR Schiphol Amsterdam, you need:
- your YOTEL booking confirmation
- proof of an outgoing flight within the next 24 hours
- your passport or ID card.
YOTEL is located inside the secure transit area at Schiphol Airport behind passport control. You will find the hotel in the Lounge 2 area (top level).
Arriving from an inbound flight:
- Follow the signs to Lounge 2 (D-gates)
- At the IWC Schaffhausen, take the escalator up to the 1st floor and YOTEL is on your left hand side.
Arriving from land side before 21:00:
- Go to Departures 2
- go through the Security & Passport Control,
- turn right and YOTEL is located on your right hand side.
Arriving from land side after 21:00:
- Go to Departures 3
- Go through the Security & Passport Control
- Follow the signs to Lounge 2 (D-gates), all gates on the Airport are reachable from the hotel except gate M
- At the GUCCI shop, take the escalator up to the 1st floor and you will find YOTEL on your left hand side opposite the Sushi & Noodles Bar.
Please note that it is not possible to bring large items of luggage to the hotel, but your airline may allow you to check in large items prior to your flight. You can also store them in the baggage lockers located before passport control. To locate your baggage, go to Arrivals Hall 1 and follow the signs to the Baggage Storage.
Please note that YOTEL does not accept cash payments. Only credit cards and debit card. It is possible to prepay your reservation before arrival.
Please note that this property has a strict no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a EUR 250 fee.

必要なものがコンパクトにまとめられている。乗り継ぎだけを考えればこれで充分。ドライヤーは部屋にはないが、フロントで貸してくれるので遠慮なく言うといいです。コンセントは4つあり、オランダ型もイギリス型も両方使える。wifiが使えテーブルもあるので、パソコンを広げられる。
洗面台やシャワーを使うと、排水口からキューッという謎の音がする、水道のタップが、いかにも左右に回すように見えて実は前後に押し引きするタイプ。はじめ焦りました。
Da localização. Melhor impossível. Fica dentro do aeroporto. Para chegadas nocturnas e ligações diurnas, é a melhor opção.
Valor muito alto mesmo para o que obtemos. Sim, pagamos um preço mais alto por já estarmos no aeroporto e é expectável mas não o valor que paguei. Paguei 188€ sem qualquer refeição incluída e já dentro de uma promoção. O valor original era superior a 200€. Tendo em conta os hotéis nas redondezas com shuttle gratuito, o valor deveria rondar entre os 80€ e os os 100€ máximo.
Ideal location inside airport.
The room was even smaller than I expected. Hardly any room even to get dressed. No water or even cups or glasses. Felt run down generally. Very high price for the room.
Very convenient.
I understand the concept of a capsule hotel and you would need to be use to the size and noise. However the bed was damaged and crooked, the drain was blocked and made some ungodly sounds in the middle of the night, it also smelt terrible which in a closed space was not ideal. The toilet did not flush, I was told at checkout the hotel
experiences pressure issues.
It was close to the gate and through security/passport control, however it was hard to get to and the 7am check out meant I was still out in the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before my flight.
The drain in the bathroom made an awful noise. It sounded like there was a loud pump that was having to pump out the waste whatever, sometimes there was also a long and very loud whine coming through the drains. This went on occasionally through the night and meant I had a very bad night's sleep.
Also I was on a connecting flight but wasn't able to 'transit' because parts of the airport close after 9pm. I had to go out of the terminal, to another area and do passport control and security again which took a long time.

Reception behavior
The room was compact, but it was nicely designed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and I liked having a fold-up desk. I also liked that there were lots of outlets, and different lighting options within the room.
The room showed a lot of wear and tear - there were rips and markings throughout. It could use a renovation. Every time I used the shower/sink, it created this very loud noise for the next 10 minutes, probably from the pipes. Finding the property was very difficult, I wish they had better signage or explanation on their website. I had to walk inside the airport for about an hour due to not being able to enter at their terminal, and then walk back once I passed security, it was all a bit confusing. Some other hotels at the airport had a lot better direction and signage.

Not worth it family room bed is two small and with the price is very expensive 300euro for 5 hours doesn’t worth a penny to spend on it.
Check out at 7 am.
Bed is two small for family room. and very cold. Tried to turn off and not getting warm. Customer service bad they didn’t show you anything about their service. Until li went back to réception. I checked in at 2 am and check out is at 7 am. 5 hours for For 300 euro. That way very expensive.
It is inside the airport which is wonderful for a very early flight.
Convenient location
Room temp was 22°c, and the Air conditioning had no ability to decrease or increase it.
Everything was a bit tired, although reasonably clean, except hall carpet was very grubby.
