The rooms were clean and comfortable and great value for money. Walking distance to town and Castle. Small car park and parking across the road Despite the inconvenience accessing the hotel we would definitely return .
On arrival I could not gain entry . Unfortunately the code to gain entry had not been sent. On phoning the hotel number it took several calls before a code was sent . Apologies were offered
The rooms were good, very clean and spacious. En-suite facilities immaculate. The location was perfect. All my guests were very happy.
Everything
Nothing
Clean comfortable plenty of space..
Was on first floor, window didn't open very far so limited amount of air especially with the heat and fan didn't help much.. but heat has been exceptional..
Ground floor room. Parking. Location right next to shops and several pubs nearby.
Code to retrieve room keys didn't work. Luckily a resident managed to open it. Code was wrong. Phoned manager but it went to voicemail and no reply received.
Great location close to restauraunts and bars.
A very dated hotel in need of a big renovation. Floors in the room were very uneven.
Good location opposite St John’s House where I was attending a wedding. Parking on site.
Clean, but very dated. Horribly stuffy in hot weather and would have been unbearable without the fan.
Very well located. Room was clean. Large bathroom and the family room was very spacious. The parking on site was great.
One electric socket didn’t work.
Great location. Easy self check in. Clean and comfortable room
Nothing to not like
This hotel is really handy for the station just a short walk, like wise really close to the town and castle just a short walk. Staff very pleasant and friendly.
Not the hotel's fault but the road outside is really busy, the window needs to be open in this hot weather. If I came again I'd weather ear plugs at night.
Can’t even rate it…Beware there is no 24 hour reception and the number you have to call if you have an issue will eventually answer…. Still took 3 phone calls for someone to finally come out… but still did not deal with the situation… poor attitude from staff…
Our room presentation was nice and clean. Wifi was free. It was really nice that they had a good fan in our room, as there was no air conditioning for those super hot days.
The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and not far from the train station.
The mattress was ok, the sheets were lovely.
We stayed overnight in Room 3 on the ground floor.
Reception staff friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay. The receprion is not staffed overnight if this is important to you.
Room was large with twin beds, it was clean and had all you needed. A large walk in shower. Only two tea bags, but more were readily available from reception.
The hotel is in a great location - only 5-minutes walk from Smith St where most things seem to be and 15-20min walk from Warwick Castle.
Only slight downside to this room was the road junction right outside the window which could be a little noisy. This didn't particularly affect me but my wife who is a light sleeper was disturbed ob occasion.
Unable to comment as we did not stay
Poor communication about access codes, took 3 phone calls before aware codes had been sent. Aware the hotel worked on a hybrid basis but you would think staff would be at reception when you could check in at 3pm. No staff on arrival at 3 pm, video door bell waste of time, no one responds and took 10 minutes to speak to someone on the phone.
The host was very welcoming. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was brilliant.
