Please note late check in after 22:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement with the property.

basic accommodation, comfy beds, Triple glazed windows
Pros:

the staff were really nice. .well the housekeeper I saw was.
brilliant it has a car park with no extra charges
The bed was very comfortable
Perfect location to town centre
Our room was right next to a set of traffic lights....To be honest it was ok as they have put triple glazing in,
so i only really noticed siren noises

Cons:

One 'normal' tea bag all the others were fruit etc....so for a one night stay for one person I would want
2 tea at night an 2 in the morning plus milk sugar .The tray was not stocked correctly .

The ceiling light was smothered in dust and hanging askew ....

The bathroom window..( which was big enough for a person to climb in) ...the window lock was broken, hence window was a safety issue especially as our room was downstairs next to a main road.

The shower cubicle needs a bucket of bleach round the rim as its black

The Tv.. wouldn't work unless we kept fiddling with the 2 ariel connections (wall & TV)

AS per......no plugs near bed head..so take an extension lead....also in our room we had only 2 plugs we could use under the table...(one was being used for the kettle)...as the plugs on the other side of the room are un useable !!!! due to the wood surround that has been put round it.....so we could not get a plug in that socket...


I would stay again....but if it was cheaper as there was also no breakfast included and no bar....( another reason why the tea tray should be very well stocked, especially for 2 people)

This is a basic hotel which was what we wanted it was literally a bed for the night it's clean tidy
Pros:

Cheap for the area and perfect for a base to explore Warwick

Reasonable for the price
Pros:

Bed was comfy, room was spacious, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge. Reasonably quiet. Plenty of neighbourhood shops and restaurants, and friendly pubs around.

Cons:

No ironing board of iron, and no staff to ask to borrow one. The sole lamp in the room was broken.

Pros:

It was very tired and scruffy the staff were nice but it was so noisey i got woken at 4 then 6 so not much resr left at 7 for 2 hour drive home

Great location, accommodating staff.
Pros:

Its location to the station and town centre.

Cons:

We were lucky as there was someone there so we could leave our bags. Otherwise we would have had to carry our bags around all day.

Visit to Warwick
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable and great value for money. Walking distance to town and Castle. Small car park and parking across the road Despite the inconvenience accessing the hotel we would definitely return .

Cons:

On arrival I could not gain entry . Unfortunately the code to gain entry had not been sent. On phoning the hotel number it took several calls before a code was sent . Apologies were offered
