Excellent hôtel au cœur d’Akihabara, avec un personnel particulièrement serviable.
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, en plein cœur d’Akihabara et à quelques minutes à pied de la gare. La chambre était très propre, avec un design sympa. Elle est assez petite, comme souvent à Tokyo, mais largement suffisante.

Le personnel a surtout été exceptionnel. J’avais oublié mes AirPods dans la chambre et ils ont parfaitement organisé leur envoi jusqu’à mon hôtel à Osaka, malgré plusieurs contraintes de mon côté. Ils ont même retrouvé et ajouté au colis d’autres affaires que j’avais oubliées. Un grand merci à eux !

Buona posizione, ma gestione del check-out troppo rigida

Cons:

La camera era molto piccola e il personale parlava poco inglese. Durante il soggiorno si è rotta la nostra valigia e, intorno alle 9:30, siamo usciti per acquistarne una nuova. Siamo rientrati alle 10:15, mentre il check-out era previsto entro le 10:00.
Al nostro rientro abbiamo spiegato immediatamente l'accaduto e mostrato anche la valigia nuova, ma ci è stata comunque addebitata una penale di 1.000 yen per i 15 minuti di ritardo. Comprendiamo che esistano degli orari da rispettare, ma abbiamo trovato eccessivamente rigida la gestione della situazione, soprattutto considerando che si trattava di un imprevisto documentabile e di un ritardo molto contenuto.

8/10 will rebook when going to the city again
Pros:

Room was clean when i checked in and bed was nice and room was at a nice temperature and location was in a great spot cause its close enough to the streets of Akihabara but far enough away that its quiet

room didnt have a view at all of since there was a building blocking it

Would book a room again amazing service
Pros:

It walking distance from shops food joints and stations also very affordable as well we also got room cleaning every 2 days they also give fresh towels and robs everyday

Cons:

When i tried asking for one more pillow the staff said they didnt have any cause it was all taken by guest which was fine but how can you run out of pillows 😭
