Staff did not want to help with supplying ice when I asked for it, until my wife who is Vietnamese insisted. We needed it for my son who hit his head. Also, Booking.com incorrectly labels the hotel as 4 star, when it’s actually 3 star.

Pros:

Trên booking ghi giáp biển nhưng thực ra rất xa biển.cách tới 300m, nhân viên khách sạn yêu cầu mình cọc phòng từ chiều ngày 8.mình có nói do thời tiết bay trễ nên nếu 17h chưa bay đc thì mình cọc sau và bạn nhân viên đã tỏ thái độ khó chịu ngắt ngang đt của mình .ti vi trong phòng hỏng.bể bơi rất hẹp ko như trên ảnh

Son emplacement. Pour le reste tout était trop médiocre.

Cons:

La propreté générale uns catastrophe des l’ascenceur. L.evier bouche. L’éclairage dans la salle de bain insuffisant. Les matelas dur comme du bois à changer, fenêtre sur un mur et une déchèterie. Le petit déjeuné médiocre.

Achtung Tiere!
Cons:

Wir waren im Dylan Hotel in Da Nang und leider echt enttäuscht. Schon beim Check-in war das Personal eher kalt und unfreundlich.

Als wir nach dem Abendessen zurück ins Zimmer kamen, der absolute Schock: überall kleine Tiere – auf dem Bett, den Ablagen, dem Boden und sogar im Badezimmer. Einfach nur eklig.

Wir haben sofort das Personal gerufen, aber die haben uns nur belächelt. Als Lösung wurde uns ernsthaft nur angeboten, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Ein anderes Zimmer oder Geld zurück? Kam für die gar nicht infrage.

Als wir gesagt haben, dass das für uns so nicht geht, ist die Mitarbeiterin einfach verschwunden – angeblich um etwas zu klären. Nach über 10 Minuten ist aber niemand zurückgekommen. Also sind wir mit unserem Gepäck selbst zur Rezeption – dort lagen und saßen die Mitarbeiter einfach rum, völlig uninteressiert.

So ein Verhalten und solche Zustände gehen gar nicht. Würden wir auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen.

A room to sleep in.

Cons:

Pool Bar was never opened our entire stay, pool looked straight onto grease trap of hotel behind. TV was via a dodgy set top box which required subscription to channels. Bathroom could hardly move in, door was hanging off rollers and took 2 days to get fixed. 2 tiny bottles of water for kettle and brushing. Only tea available no coffee or sugar in room. Breakfast was poor. No toaster, no milk, no butter, no cereal. Coffee and tea was cold.
