תחזוקת החדר: דלתות הארונות מתקלפות, דלת כניסה שנפתחת רק בכח רב. ורמת נקיון כללי
צפיפות בחדר אוכל ברמה של תורים איטיים
בבריכה אין מקום לשבת (בטח לא בצל) בלי לדרוך על מישהו .ממש לא מצדיק את המחיר ששילמו
מרגיש כמו עקיצה...

Very good location. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

Cons:

The elevators are awful because of the crowd. Maybe it's because it is a weekend in July but the hotel was so crowded that all the facilities were in available. The swimming pool was full with no spot to find where to stay

תודה לורד אלבר מנהלת קשרי האורחים המדהימה שהעניקה לנו שירות מעל ומעבר למצופה! חגגנו יום הולדת 70 לאבא שלי, ורד דאגה לפנק אותנו בעוגה וברכה, הייתה זמינה ודאגה לכל צרכינו במהלך השהות. החדרים במלון תמיד נקיים, השירות לאורח תמיד מהירים והבריכה מופלאה עם נוף נדיר. תודה! בטוח נחזור 🥰

A great trip - very memorable.
Pros:

Food was amazing. Beautiful sea views from the room. On 12th floor but the lift system was very fast and efficient.

Cons:

The parking system was advertised as NIS80 per day with 50% discount for hotel guests. We couldn't get the discount system to work on the pay station beside the carpark and paid the full amount. The next time we got the discount but were charged NIS40 even though the 24 hours were not up. We used the free municipal car park next door.

ורד אלבר מנהלת קשרי האורחים האלופה והמקסימה באמת נתנה שירות מכל הלב והנשמה!!! בכל מה שהיינו צריכים הייתה שם בשבילנו אוזן קשבת וטהורה שימחה אותנו ביום הולדת של אימי שבאנו כל המשפחה אם תראו אותה תבינו❤️❤️❤️
