shallow pool, was packed and no chairs
next door room had wild parties each night ,staff at desk not helpful
asked to speak to manager was told that he would only be there at 1030 am ,he never arrived and they promised the manager would call us and he/she never did

החדר לא היה מוכן בזמן למרות שהגענו שעה וחצי לפני ונרשמנו.
הניקיון הכללי היה בינוני
סהכ המלון נחמד.
בריכה קטנה ביחס לכמות האנשים שהיו, לא היה מקום לשבת וגם במים לא היה הרבה מקום.
הלכתי לקבל טיפול בספא. נאמר לי שזה 390 שקל. בסוף גבו 435 בטענה שזה עבור שרותי ספא נוספים ( שכלל לא נכנסתי אליהם). חבל שלא אמרו מראש. בכל מקרה, הטיפול הוה מוצלח.
