מלון נהדר ונקי, ארוחות מעולות - גם בבוקר וגם בערב, יש חניה ללא תשלום בסמוך למלון ובחניון התת קרקעי חניה עם הנחה של 50 אחוז לאורחי המלון. המחירים במסעדה שבלובי המלום נוחים וסבירים. צמוד למלון יש מסעדה איטלקית ואסייאתית - שתיהן מצוינות.
יש לציין לטובה את ורד אלבר, מנהלת קשרי אורחים, שסייעה לי ובאה לקראתי בבעיה אישית. כן ירבו כמוה!
אין ספק שלמלון הזה עוד אחזור.

Bien en peux trop de population
Pros:

J’ai aimé le réceptionniste André très professionnel et Brigitte très agréable de plus les deux parle le français très important pour moi qui ne parle pas hébreu et l’anglais . Pour le reste le personnel des chambre très désagréable ne respect pas le client irrespectueux .
Malgré cela je recommande cette hôtel .

אוכל סביר מינוס
כמו כן גם הניקיון והחדרים ברמה סבירה ולא יותר..
בריכה מלוכלכת ועמוסה בטירוף
כך גם ההמתנה בתורים לחדר אוכל והצ׳ק אין המלון לא ערוך בכלל לכמות האורחים שהוא לוקח..

למרות אלו היתה חופשה נחמדה.

היתה סתימה בכיור שלא תוקנה למרות שביקשנו. ולכשתוקנה נחשפנו ללכלוך וסרחון. מתחת למיטה גם היה מלוכלך ומצאנו שם פריטים שונים…(הזזנו אותה כדי לחפש משהו שנפל…). ארוחת בוקר בינונית. עומס רב בבריכה ובחדר האוכל

מקום יפה ברמה גבוהה, נוף מדהים מהחדר ומהבריכה

צפוף מידי במתחם הבריכה, סבלנן מרעש מוגזם בלילה שלא הצלחנו לישון עד 2 בלילה במשך שעתיים התלוננתי לקבלה ששלחו את הביטחון שלא טיפל בבעיה, למחרת הבטיחו לי בקבלה שקשרי לקוחות יחזרו אליי לבירור נוסף לאחר שהייתי נסערת על הלילה הזוועתי שעברתי ועד כה לא יצרו קשר כפי שהובטח.

נחמד - היינו שמחים לחזור שוב אם יהיה שיפור. בעבר היינו והיה מושלם והכל ירד ברמה וחבל.
