Pros:

Welcoming, helpful family. Mr Khan went & bought some sprite for us as didnt have any. Room good size, comfy bed & pillows. Nice balcony. Small fridge & kettle. Pool great & have pool towel available. Free bicycles. Close to everything.

Cons:

Bicycles need maintainance.

Booked 5 nights but only ended up staying for one due to a room mix up.
Pros:

We originally booked for 5 nights and requested a ground floor room (as I have trouble getting upstairs), unfortunately when we arrived the ground floor rooms were all occupied. As it was late when we checked in, we stayed for just the one night and left in the morning. That was a shame as the property looked really nice and it was extremely cheap.

Fantastic 21 day stay with my family !
Pros:

The host and his family and staff were amazing. Thats the best part. We stayed there for 21 days and they were always smiling and never said no for anything. They always found a way to help and accommodate our requests. They were generous many times. So thats the best part.
The pool was great. We used it a few times to play and cool down. The breakfast had only few selections. We stuck to a few items - banana pancakes, bread omelette, juice & coffee and they gave us some fruits. Although we would have loved some variety, we were happy we could start our day with something before we go around.
We loved the cycles and the pump to fill in air when required. We could go around even up to the beach one day. It was fun.
The balcony in the room was nice. The rooms were exactly as in the photos.
The place had some sitting area outside and was green.

Cons:

The whole of vietnam had one problem. People were smoking everywhere even next to kids and in dining places. We did not like that at all and had to tolerate. This was our biggest problem in the place of stay as well.

Cosy villa
Pros:

The host Mr.Khanh, very helpful in making our 4 days stay comfortable. Good supply of cold beers. Simple breakfast with choice of noodles or toast, eggs, variety of local fruits and local coffee. There is a swimming pool on site. Highly recommend this villa.

Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable and clean in a quiet location, although a little way from the historic centre, generally great for getting to the rice paddies, further to the beach and walks along the river, it's a more local feeling location and being off the main road, means there is a lot less street noise. Friendly owner, can help organise a range of activities and with onward travel.
