Vanuit het hotel had je een zeer goed zicht op de baai, en dat was zeer mooi! Absoluut een "Room with a view"!
Op de vriendelijkheid van het personeel was ook absoluut niets aan te merken.
Het hotel is wel eens aan een opfrissing toe. Wij hadden een beetje een "Fawlty Towers" gevoel ...

Arrived early (1pm) and my room was ready. Staff were professional and friendly. Everywhere I went in the hotel was clean, lit and signage was spot on. Booked a single room. I'm 6 foot and 19 stone, so the bed and shower room was a bit on the small size. Still totally useable though. Excellent night's sleep, albeit with cold feet! Very happy overall and will stay at the Auckland Hotel again.

Habitació incòmode d’arribar-hi. Escala estreta i empindada, sense ascensor. Difícil d’accedir-hi amb les maletes. Passadís estret. Finestres que donaven al darrere, se sentien tots els sorolls d’una cuina de restaurant.

Would have liked a walk in shower as it was difficult climbing into bath as room was on a slant
The sea view was good and the bed was comfortable. There is a lift too for getting stuff up to your room. Room was clean.
The room was quite small for the price and hard to keep cool. The flags outside kind of ruined the view but there was a very friendly seagull who came to see us. The room was fine for one night.
Room was clean, furniture was comfortable. Plenty of tea & coffee supplies, and toilet paper; very good as most hotels are stingy with these. Single bed was a bit narrow for a single, but at this price point forgivable. Lots of charge points for devices, too. Staff were excellent. Very near a Wetherspoons, which is important to me.
WiFi was patchy; started good then degraded, almost unusable at times. Shower either hot or cold, took ages to adjust to comfortable and even then it kept drifting back up. Town itself was dreary and run down, only came for fave band who were playing there.

The hotel was on the seafront, a short walk to town. Friendly staff. Clean room. Lift to all floors. Parking directly opposite, free if you have a blue badge. Bar.
The rooms could do with some air conditioning.
