Pros:

Great location, but hard to sleep. Construction/renovations started at 8:30am on a Saturday morning. Bang, bang, bang... There is mo way to upload a video/sound (which I have) of terrifying banging that sounds like it's up against my headboard. Ruined a lovely stay.
