Pros:

Size of the room. Dishwasher.

Cons:

Smell. The hallways smelt like stale smoke and the rooms were very musty, needed airing out as soon as we arrived.

Pros:

Would not recommend at all, expensive for a below budget hotel. After day 3 they hadn’t come in to clean the room nor change the towels, hot water only lasts a few minutes and the A/C turns off halfway through the night all to save on costs. TV was smashed and when we changed rooms you had to pay to watch TV lol

Pros:

While the room was a good size the overall experience did not match the high-end pricing and $200 bond. The property shows visible wear and tear, and multiple room amenities failed during my stay.

After the first night, the fridge stopped working, and the hot water cut out completely six minutes into my morning shower. Additionally, the air conditioning unit rattled loudly throughout the stay.

I reported all three issues to the front desk at 8:30 AM before leaving for the day, and staff assured me they would be resolved.

When I returned in the afternoon, nothing had been fixed, and basic room supplies like coffee had not been replenished. My cold groceries in the broken fridge were spoiled, and the hot water cut out again after six minutes during my evening shower.

Paying premium rates for unaddressed maintenance issues and unfulfilled staff assurances made for a very disappointing stay.

Comfortable & Enjoyable.
Pros:

Love the pacer view and the closeness to shops. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Few things that weren’t working.
When we booked the kettle was broken unplugged and the light in the 2nd bedroom was hanging down.
But I must say the staff acted promptly to fix the problems.

Pros:

Nice gentlemen working the front desk

Cons:

Room was very business casual. Horrible draft noise from the front door constantly and pretty disappointing sight line from the room. Outdated Television, and showers that flooded when you used them.
