Nice design and atmosphere
Pros:

I really loved the design and the overall vibe of this place, it has a lot of character and a great atmosphere. The location is also spot on, being an easy walk to both the Hakodate Ropeway and the marina area.

Cons:

The bed just wasn't very comfortable, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, heads up if you're staying in the second building (the old bank wing)—there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy bags up the stairs is a real workout.

Would Recommend
Pros:

Extremely comfortable with nice of chill areas. The whole place is designed like a hotel, and they provide fresh towels daily. One of my best stays in Hokkaido.

頂樓交誼廳就可以看見西波止場的風景，小丑漢堡就在隔壁不遠，有專屬腳踏車停放位置

Pros:

The history of the building and the location. Bathroom was almost as big as the room and had a great shower/bathtub with very high water pressure.

Cons:

The room was very small and different from the picture of that room type. no sitting in the room and the window was very small.

Pros:

住宿舒適度不錯，4樓廚房及頂樓海景佳，鄰近多處景點，距火車站或巴士站稍有距離，入住前後皆可免費寄放行李，值得稱讚！

観光施設に近い宿泊で楽だった
Pros:

お風呂が良かった
2Fの図書室が充実していた。時間があればもっとゆっくり読みたかった
ラツキーピエロが近くにある

Cons:

1階だったので景色は良くなかった
朝食がスープカレーだけだったので、7-11でパンを買っておいて食べた。もう少しバリエーションがあると良かった。

Pros:

Good location near the Warehouse district, Motomachi and Hokodate Mountain! The Hotel and common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The sound proofing between rooms was not great. Maybe our neighbors above us were particularly noisy, but we would hear most of what they were doing, making it hard to fall asleep for light sleepers.

睡眠不足
Pros:

清潔に維持されていてフリースペース、飲食エリアが自由に使える

Cons:

就寝時間でもマナーは無しで上段ベッドスペース内での身辺整理の騒音やイビキが下段に響き一睡も出来ず朝まで寝れなかった。会話もあってうるさかった。宿泊客のマナーに左右されるのが一番良くないと思いました。
