Lovely old building in great location
Pros:

So nice to have a decent sized room compared to most other hotels in Japan with a separate toilet and shower and a real wardrobe !
Great location for sightseeing. Close to the tram stop dor venturing further afield.
Highly recommend visiting the museum of northern peoples.

Cons:

There's a lovely reading room on the 2nd floor but no one used it when I was there. Maybe a coffee machine would entice people to sit there and relax

進去要用機器自助，有點不太習慣，但員工都非常積極協助處理問題，很棒
Pros:

公共區域乾淨整潔，還有超棒的露天餐飲陽台，可以來個超棒的早餐配上絕美的景色。同時被有器具大致齊全的公共廚房，除了卻少刀子…

Cons:

房間有點小，冰箱完全不冷，所以只能拿去樓上冰

It was a wonderful example of excellent Japanese hospitality.
Pros:

The location was FANTASTIC, it is centrally located between some of the most interesting historical areas and tourist areas in Hakodate! The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The only thing that we had a problem with was that the faucet of the sink in room 209 dock-side was a bit loose. Other than that everything else was superb!

Pros:

I loved absolutely everything in this place. The location is the best in town, staff is friendly, the building has a great style. It went beyond my expectations.

Pros:

服務人員非常親切，總是笑容迎人。302號8人房住4人有電梯很方便，旅館內外非常高尚，乾淨整潔且備品齊全，提供洗髮沐浴精很高級，CP值很高的旅店，下次一定要冬天來住宿。
除了造訪一些耳熟能詳的景點，有自駕的旅人還可以去惠山火山口拍照很壯觀（約爬20分鐘），或者到汐首山看野放日本馬（約爬45分，請帶切條狀紅蘿蔔）

Comfortable, clean, first class!
Pros:

Roof top eating area and common kitchen was great, staff were exceptional and the location was excellent. Also really liked the style and the building. Loved the reading lounge.

Very nice, great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

It was close the public transport and nearby attractions. Many options for meals available. Clean, with amenities available.

Cons:

Handy tip before arriving would be to know that half of the building does not have an elevator and you will need to carry suitcases up stairs. Staff were very generous and offered to help with this though.

お得感があり、満足でした！
Pros:

施設が綺麗で、ナイトウェアなどアメニティが揃ってました。

Cons:

学生が遠征で使っていると朝晩のシャワー洗面所は混みます。
クレンジングはないです。

Pros:

房間空間大又乾淨、交通方便、門口就是八幡坂。當天中午從新千歲下機搭特急北斗號到函館，還從八幡坂走去搭函館山纜車看夜景，回程回飯店也近。晚上9點多還有旁邊便利商店的現烤串燒便當能吃！
