Pros:

Der Check in ist professionell und die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Die Shared dormitories haben über 20-30 Betten - hab sie nicht gezählt. Aber dafür dass man mit haufenweise anderen Menschen in einem Dormitory schläft finde ich den Preis zu hoch.

Une ancienne banque reconvertie en hôtel avec un look industriel. Bien situé. Rooftoo sympa pour voir les feux d'artifice (expérience vécue).

Cons:

Aucune isolation phonique. On entend les conversations des voisins, même celles de ceux qui parlent normalement. Quand on a une chambrée avec des jeunes, heureux de vivre, les bouchons d'oreilles ne suffisent pas...

Pros:

公共の部分がいつも清潔で気持ち良かった。

Cons:

室温の設定が低すぎるような気がします。
１７～１８度では　寒すぎます。

Pros:

旧銀行跡をリノベーションしているのは面白い。建物内外は綺麗でした。

Cons:

旧銀行跡は階段しかないので重たい荷物持参は大変ですね。。。

フロントのある本館建物内はあまり綺麗ではないです。

Pros:

ラッキーピエロと赤レンガが目と鼻の先にあり、雨だったが、傘も貸してくれたので、助かった。
市電、十字街も広末町もどちらも徒歩圏内でロケーション抜群。
また、ドミトリー内も非常に静かで水回りもとても綺麗。
男女相部屋のドミトリータイプで泊まったが、女性客を固めてくれているのか、周りは女性のお客さんしかおらず、非常に快適だった。

這家青旅的共同廚房是我在北海道旅行所經歷其空間設備最為優質的一家。寢室安靜，有床廉要脫鞋。床墊也很舒適。環境安靜，安全。
從函館車站走來較遠，可選擇搭路面電車。

距離景點近的高cp值住宿。
Pros:

地點就在金森紅磚倉庫跟八幡坂中間！附近也有有名的小丑漢堡，非常適合有安排這些景點的人，還可以看看海景，入住是使用機器辦理，工作人員會教導怎麼操作，櫃台大廳是開放的雜誌交談區，還有提供好喝的麥茶(但旁邊註明不能在此飲食)，若有浴衣、備品需求可在此拿取，入住背包房的房間要先在外面脫鞋，床舖寬敞、床的頭上方還有附鎖的小置物櫃，方便放比較貴重的小東西。

Cons:

用餐區超級不方便，在4樓電梯搭上去後，還要爬樓梯，可能因為使用的人不多，冷氣也不夠涼，對已經在外奔波一天的我來說，會覺得去用餐又累又麻煩。廁所跟浴室因為是另外的獨立空間，標示不算很明顯，一開始可能會找不到。另外就是，距離超商有點遠，因為金森倉庫晚上就都關了，晚上想要買宵夜點心之類較不方便。
