位於八幡坂與金森倉庫旁，機能極佳，距函館車站可搭市電抵達。飯店由舊銀行改建，充滿特色。入住非銀行棟，空間為夾層設計，配有雙層床、洗手台、冰箱及寬敞的共用衛浴與洗衣設備。頂樓擁有絕美海景的共用廚房與露台

這個地點就在八幡坂跟金森倉庫旁邊，非常方便逛街，離函館車站有一段距離，可以坐市電過來，飯店是一個舊銀行與另一棟樓改建而成，非常有趣的一個建築，住在非銀行那棟，各樓層設計有點像是夾層對夾層，男女廁所與浴室都分開，浴室空間很大，還有梳理的桌面跟鏡子，還有洗衣機與烘乾機可以使用，最上面有一層共享空間可以稍微放鬆，頂樓還有一間公用廚房 可以買東西來煮，走出去是一個頂樓陽台有很多桌椅，這是最棒的一個點，這個地方看出去就是函館港口真的超美，可以在這邊喝杯咖啡，坐一晚上都很舒服，銀行那側，應該是獨立衛浴，也有一些公共展示空間，房間提供最基本的雙層床，也有洗手台與冰箱可以使用，只是房間窗戶沒有景觀，但上去頂樓就好了。

Séjour à Hakodate
Pros:
