Beautiful, historic, and comfy place!
Pros:

Very cool interior, comfy beds and pillows, sleek and large bathroom/shower room, so close to the harbor and restaurants.

Cons:

Just one tiny thing…no place to hang the hand towels near the sink.

立地、施設は最高クラスだが居心地はよくない

ベイフロントの立地とスタイリッシュでクリーンな施設は国内有数

Cons:

居心地はイマイチ。ダラダラできるラウンジがなく、飲食をするところもない。キッチンはあるが、使いにくく誰も活用していない。だから、殆どの旅客は一泊のみでゲストハウス感が全くない。

ユニークなホテル体験ができる
Pros:

八幡坂や赤レンガ倉庫からすぐで、並びにはラッキーピエロとハセガワストアがあり、函館を楽しむためのロケーションが非常に良いです。また、元銀行だった建物をリノベーションした館内や部屋はとてもおしゃれ。若い人が多そうな雰囲気ですが、館内はとても静かで快適でした。フロントの方も大変親切。
至れり尽くせりのサービスというのではないですが、ひとあじ違ったホテル体験を楽しみたい方におすすめです。
部屋には大きなバスタブと多機能なシャワーのついた広い浴室があり、お風呂タイムをゆったり楽しめたのも有難かったです。

Cons:

「元銀行であった建物をリノベしたホテル」であることに惹かれて宿泊を決めたのですが、”元 銀行”感が期待していたほど感じられなかったのはちょっと残念といえば残念(でもとても快適だったので不満というほどではないです)。また、館内や部屋は変則的な階段や段差があり(ここは”元 銀行”の名残なのかも)、人によってはちょっと注意が必要かなと思いました。
